“I have had previous goid experience of eCookshop, but unfortunately the two Le Creuset bowls arrive smashed. They had been poorly packed and there was no 'fragile' label in the box. To their credit they replied promptly to my email and issued a refund straight away.”

“Very disappointing. The box was covered in dust and there was rust on the rim and scratches on the base. As the product only cost £15, it is more hassle to complain and return it. It's a gift but I'll be upgrading it to something better. I wasn't going to review it but in light of the email requesting the review, here it is.”

“Ordered a Candy Apple Kitchen aid Coffee Grinder to match my other Kitchen aid devices. Received a black one which was obvious in its marking on the box so why send it to me? Then DPD sent to pick it up which they did last Thursday and heard nothing since? Not happy!”

“We used for several times eCookshop.co.uk, and this recent purchase DPD claimed that we missed their delivery. I CHECKED our CCTV and NO delivery attempt was made. I have to collect from the nearest depot for collection and very troublesome for me. DPD are such a liar. Very disappointed.”

“Lovely item. Gift for my daughter. Unfortunately there was a live spider inside the mug when she opened the package. She has a severe phobia, and dropped the mug on the kitchen floor smashing it.”
