Disappointed as ordered 2 mugs and one arrived chipped. As they were out of stock couldn't replace it. Meantbpostage for one mug pretty hefty

We bought a Smeg mixer All the accessories were not in the box, I reported this back to be told they are in slots in the poly packaging but they aren’t I have reported this back but have had no response

Still waiting for my delivery after the delivery firm these use, lied to me about delivery.

Delivery was efficient and items well wrapped. However, dimensions of some items were inaccurate and images of others were misleading (showing plates as plain when they were in fact patterned). I wouldn’t mind if they had swapped them for me but I have been told I will have to pay for them to be returned so a bit annoyed about that to be honest and wouldn’t order from here again for that reason.

Item unboxed as Christmas gift. Annoyed with delivery driver who thought it was fine to leave a £350 item in a doorstep in the rain. Luckily we returned home in time before it was ruined or stolen. Neighbours both in either side.

I ordered 3 stone Le Creuset jars all three had faulty wooden lids, in that they were no circular and differing shapes. I did contact the company and asked them if they were seconds and was assured they were not. I have returned them at no cost to myself but still awaiting my refund at time of review.

I am giving 2 stars not for the service I received directly from ecookshop. The two stars is representative of the courier service ecookshop has contracted DPD to offer. In my experience, every time I purchase from ecookshop, there is a problem with delivery. I sometimes end up asking for a refund. The DPD courier operating in my area is unreliable. He keeps does not even attempt delivery and many at times send text messages that he came and missed you. I have back and forth with DPD regarding this poor service so for me, enough is enough. Since I never have any issues with other courier companies such as Yodel, Evri etc, I will hold off purchasing from ecookshop for now because of DPD to save me from the stress DPD give me with every purchase from ecookshop. I reported this problem to ecookshop customer service but I am only one small voice so nothing was done about it. Infact they were happy to give me a refund than to get to the root of it which is hiring a DPD unreliable driver to deliver their items.

I have not received my order yet. Sent email to eCoomshop customer service few days ago complaining about DPD delivery yet have not heard back. According to DPD website, I was not home! But I was home and looking out through the window for the entire given time slot and saw no delivery person but Amazon guys. I also have a chihuahua who never ever miss a visitor! So, never saw the guy, doorbell did not ring, the dog did not bark but DPD says I missed the parcel! You do the match :)

Really disappointing experience. Have ordered from this online retailer a few times in the past and I've not had an issue. Sadly, this time I ordered a set of Le Creuset breakfast bowls which arrived cracked. I received good, very responsive customer service and a replacement set sent out (received in 2-3 days). However, the second set arrived in completely the same condition. Again, customer service was fast and responsive and have arranged to have both sets collected from my home address. I requested to have a refund in the end as its just getting silly. I will say that the bowls were packaged very well, so I suspected the fault was with the courier - it seems the parcel had been thrown around a lot. But, as the second arrived in the exact same condition, I do now wonder if it's a bad batch. If so, the quality control is lacking. I'd have thought the second set would have been inspected thoroughly before being sent out again. Who knows, but I think these such items will be bought from John L in the future, as I can trust John L to not have this happen. I can't fault the companies customer service though, it was exceptional. Real pity, as I feel this inconvenience was so easy to avoid.

The item that I ordered was fine and delivered intact, but I paid extra for next day delivery which was unfulfilled and no good reason or compensation given. I won't be buying from eCookshop again.

The side plates I ordered, were perfect, but very disappointed with the packaging, I was expecting the standard Portmeirion box, which is excellent for storing, Instead of side plates just stuffed into a undersized packet, which split and was wrapped up in masking tape, to say disappointed is an understatement, as they are a gift now I have to search for a suitable box for storage & safekeeping I have been purchasing Portmeirion for many a year, The first time have had dissapointment,

What idiot put a sticky label on the bottom of a high quality saucepan, designed to be used on solid hobs!!! Having said that, it was a good price, well packaged and delivered on time.

I ordered 4 items - a Dartington glass water jug (which is lovely) but has a slight flaw in it, a square cake tin ,which is fine - a teapot , which is fine and a set of 3 cake tins for storage. The largest of these tins had two large dents in it and a dented base. I don’t know what to do about this order - should I just keep it or report the condition of these items.?

I ordered a cafetière which was described as having a 1L capacity. It arrived and it was tiny, with a capacity of 450ml. I was only offered a £5 partial refund which was incredibly disappointing given how expensive the item was. I wouldn’t use this website again unfortunately.

Noy yet a satisfactory outcome, I fear. When I first made an order, I misread the size of the china items which I purchased. Rightly, I determined to return the items at my cost. Taking care to seek advice on the phone including a precise measurement, I have now received a much larger piece of china than I ordered. Will phone Dawsons on Monday to see what can be done!
