The process worked well but sadly the bowls were packed in an excessive amount of plastic bubblewrap so I cant reuse your company until you change to a sustainable packaging material

Product absolutely fine and priced competitively, but disappointed in the time it took to despatch it.

I really like ecookshop. Ive been very disappointed recently in the returns. I recommend buyers really know and want what they order otherwise you'll be faced with high costs of return as they dont cover returns.

The eCookshop provided excellent service, a reasonable price and swift delivery. However, the Le Creuset product was not up to the standard of my previous one. The lid is not large enough to cover the rim of the jug and the plunger is very difficult to push down. There is a need for a good filter, but not one which requires the strength of a weight lifter to operate. In conclusion the eCookshop is good the item is disappointing. It is almost as if the item was a reject!

Great ordering process. Speedy delivery. Problem arose when I realised I had ordered Classic Kitchen Aid rather than Artisan. I called to ask for replacement but after little help on the phone I had to return product at my own cost and had to find cost effective, reliable courier. That was OK but no return slip in box and having to search website for return address was annoying. Have requested refund so still waiting

Great discount at the time of purchase. Website is rather outdated and product details are not consistent. Shipping was handled efficiently, item arrived OK but I noticed a small imperfection (a tiny dent/ pierce on the enamel layer of the Le Creuset casserole dish). I’m assuming the item passed QC (hopefully!) - decided not to go through the hassle of returns.

Goods delivered to incorrect address. This was tracked down to our postal code area resulting in us having to go in search of them by trying to identify the front door/porch from a photo! Eventually discovered and goods recovered. They had been addressed correctly just delivered incorrectly. Wrote to Cookshop with picture of the parcel address label. No response.

The glass was packaged well and the glass was in good condition This was a Christmas present so it was a bit disappointing that the box it was in was bent each end must have noticed this when sent I removed from box and just wrapped That was it's only downfall

Item delivered safely to my neighbour as my parcel had no door number on it, luckily shes a good friend too. At £400 pounds worth of equipment i thought this was quite careless on ecookshops behalf!! Take note next time, include the whole address!!

The pans are a gift and look very nice. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in dpd the carrier. I sat in and waited for him and then received a message that he had been and gone! I certainly did not hear anyone at the door and neither did my two dogs who bark at everything! He took the parcel to the post office in the next village, I am elderly and disabled and the parcel contained a full set of pans which is obviously a very large box and I really really struggled to get it home. If he did in fact come to the house he made no real attempt to deliver the parcel I was literally sat there waiting for him.

lovely pan but had to return it - instructions said it will be damaged if salt added or on high heat..

The packaging came torn although intact. It was purchased as a wedding gift so it was quite disappointing especially when this was an expensive product.

KitchenAid 6.6L bowl mixer I bought this from Ecookshop on Friday 4th April and paid £8.50 for Saturday delivery with DPD, anyway I had a notification that day to say they were expecting the parcel and then another one to say they had it and it was on the way to the warehouse, Saturday came and I didn’t receive my time slot and despite making contact with DPD it was the same as soon as the driver gets the parcel it will be on his round, at 7.30pm it said it will not be delivered today it will now be Monday. Monday came and it was delivered I opened the box took out the mixer and no silicone edged paddle and the whisk had been placed in the metal bowl unwrapped and lots of little marks were in the bowl were it’s scratched whilst being delivered. This was reported to Dawsons/Ecookshop and they have now passed this on to KitchenAid to resolve, they also have refunded me back the £8.50 for the failed Saturday delivery. Dawson/Ecookshop have been good to deal with, but I was let down by the delivery and tbh a bit miffed about the missing paddle and the marked bowl which hopefully will be resolved in the next few days.

2 of the plates so bought were the wrong ones fur the set I have. I feel the photo of the day one plate was not clearly focused and therefore I’ve purchased the wrong ones. I would have sent them back but it seems I have to pay for the postage to return. Therefore it will cost me as much as the plates to return, so I’m stuck with them. Not really the kind of after-sales service so was expecting.

Staff were very helpful on the chat site when I needed information about the cutlery I was thinking of buying. Sadly, my husband believes the Arthur Price cutlery we bought are not genuine and are fakes. The stamps are different on them and not same material. Photos attached.
