“Placing Order process was easy. Happy with purchase both quality and Price. Only issue Not worth paying for a Saturday delivery! I Qualified for free Delivery, but I opted to pay additional for saturday delivery. Goods arrived Monday afternoon there was no one home and 2 large BOX's were left in front of front door in full view”

“There is nothing wrong with the product bought or its excellent packaging BUT, the delivery was NOT as ordered. DPD were told to leave the package 'in our front porch'. They did not; they left it down by the front gate exposed to the weather which soaked the cardboard. The photograph taken by the driver deliberately was taken as a close-up so that you could not see the location. Should you wish to progress this, prove this, with DPD, I took a photograph of its actual location which is attached below. The other two packages were not from you but delivered by DPD at the same time. They had the same instruction! Delivery took 6 days (your options below don't allow for that)”
