“Great value and arrived promptly each in a nice box. Needed to wash the mugs as I was giving them as gifts and they felt a little grubby, but all in all a great purchase and I'm very pleased.”

“Well packed parcel. Pleased with the items ordered. Only comment I would make is that the parcel did not have any ‘fragile’ tape on the exterior of the box. The box was actually upside down on my doorstop but thankfully as the items were do well wrapped they were intact.”

“The kettle was the cheapest online and that is why I purchased it from eCookshop. It took around 3 days from ordering to delivery which was appreciated. I am not sure what else to say as eCookshop was doing what it is supposed to do.”

“Not their fault, but the Le crueset 24 cm casserole both shape and size (smaller) have changed and it costs a lot of money to return because of its inapropriateness. Look at the picture below, it looks like the old stile which has been around for decades but no mention that I could see making it obvious that it is a completely diffierent size and shape.”

“Huge range of competitively-priced cooking equipment and fast delivery. I ordered a 30cms loose-based, deep flan tin which is very sturdy and obviously well-made. My only criticism (and it's nit-picking), is that it came in a huge box with masses of padding, all recyclable but it seemed a bit unneccesary.”
