“I liked the option to use DPD for delivery. It only cost £1 extra and meant fast delivery which arrived at the right place and in good condition. The product description on the confirmation papers from ecookshop didnt match the product ordered but the code was correct which left me wondering what would be actually delivered. All was good and correct on delivery so would use again but just not fret over paperwork discrepancies.”

“eCookshop is good, very good in fact. They delivered when they said they would and you can't complain about that. However, the the quality of the Spode tea pot was/is not up to the quality you would expect. The tea pot is not stable when you plce it down, it rocks/wobbles. Also, the thickness of the china is not the same round the tea pot, especially the lid. It also did not have a vent hole in the lid, curious. Compared to the one it replaced, it is very inferior. Why no return it well, how do you have any faith that a replacement would be any better.”

“I have purchased 3 denby cups . All good price. After ordering, I got an email from them to say that they would email me when dispatched. It took 3 days . Packaging was brilliant all bubble wrap and a good strong box. I will definitely be ordering from them again one happy customer .Thank you . Jane”

“I cannot comment on the product which has been purchased as a wedding present for a 4th July 2026 wedding. The box was damaged on receipt - please make a note in case a claim arises for damage to the product.”

“Very happy to be able to purchase items that are unavailable elsewhere. I had been worried about buying table wear online in case it was damaged in transit, but the items arrived intact having been well packed, and within a reasonable timeframe. One star deducted as one of the plates was rather dirty.”
