All that I ordered is fine, one small problem, the address on parcel was 35 and not 30 fortunately the driver couldn’t get an answer and asked if I would take the parcel I asked if he had one for me as he was in del time scale, looked at label and saw it was from you, as luck would have it do addresses not get checked?

sadly it arrived with a chip in the enamel and some scratches; but they are arranging collection and refunding my money.

Recieved order fine but most concerning I had a hack attempt on both my email and amazon accounts within minutes of imputing my details into this website. Very worrying.

Placed order 7 days ago, taken my money and sent me this email asking for a review and wanted to know if it was delivered on time. Not heard a thing since my order which still has not been delivered, 2 stars is generous?

Hello, Thanks for your review. Looking at your order, it was placed on 07 December, despatched on 08 December and delivered via DPD on 09 December. The delivery image and GPS put it inside a shop which looks to sell horse tack. Delivery was very prompt so 5 stars for that. I didn’t want the free gift of a set of knifes - I don’t remember opting in for this and if I can’t return them to you then I guess I’ll have to give to a charity shop. Doesn’t seem very environmentally friendly to give out free gifts if they are not wanted. Also my main problem is I wasn’t expecting my kitchen aid to come with ‘kitchen aid’ labelled all over the delivery box - it was a Christmas present and my partner received the box and knew straight away what it was so spoilt the surprise.

Delivery service is good, but getting to return an item is a pain. emailed info over regarding my return but still waiting for a reply 6 days later from email being sent. Not good.

My purchase arrived as promised, but it was left at the entrance to my building, not to my flat. I am old and it was very heavy for me to carry to my flat. Amazon always deliver to my flat, but your carrier just dumped it even though I was at home.

Sent the wrong pot. I notified them they had sent the wrong pot with a glass lid and heavy base rather than the lamina tri-ply all stainless I had ordered and a few days later they asked for pictures of pot I had received. I sent pictures by return email. Not had any response after 3 days... will give a few more days before following up.

Delivery was terrible and when we eventually got the box was damaged inside and knifes and forks was all over the place not a good experience at all

I purchased 3 number Villeroy & Bosh 175mm Salad bowls twice, which were delivered in their Villeroy & Bosh boxes. These were fine. I then purchased 6 number Villeroy & Bosh 290mm flat plates. These were delivery with protective paper separating them well wrapped in protection. However they had been removed from the Villeroy & Bosh box at some point. When inspecting the plates in the light I can see scratches on them. It looks like they have been stored at your premises on top of each other with no protective paper between. I will be returning them for a full refund, as they are not acceptable. I paid more for the flat plates from you than another supplier, because of the good service on my first two purchases from you.

Bought a replacement cereal bowl (Imperial Blue) and a replacement large platter (Imperial Blue.) Disappointed with both. Bowl is a different shade of blue and platter has large scratch on it. I could be wrong but think I have been sold seconds as they were slightly discounted vs Denby’s site. Will keep both as always good to have a spare but won’t by again from this retailer.

Order arrived quickly but...When I took all the products out of the packaging I noticed how dirty boxes were and thought this must be old stock, I threw it all away and washed the items when I noticed one of the bowls had a chip in it, to say I was disappointed is an understatement as I had thrown away all the boxes etc. There was no receipt so I had no way of complaining and as I had thrown away everything I thought there was nothing I could do.

Bought some crockery items from this company and when received they were all clearly seconds though they had not been advertised as such. I am now in process of trying to get the issue sorted out with them which is not proving to b straight foward.

The Dualit toaster arrived with a damaged crumb tray. I need 2 replacement plastic handles for the tray. They insisted I send a photo of the damage which seemed pointless. I did this yesterday and am waiting for a reply!
