“Very disappointing experience. My order was not delivered to me, although DPD marked it as “delivered and received” by me. I did not receive or sign for the parcel. The delivery photograph does not appear to show my flat or my doorway, and I reported the missing parcel to DPD almost immediately. I have provided eCookshop/Dawsons with photographic evidence and the matter is currently under investigation. I am still without the goods I paid for and am waiting for a satisfactory resolution and refund. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this retailer.”

“Not very impressed at all- I did 2 seperate orders - 1 arrived ok, but unfortunately the 2nd one was delivered to the completelywrong address which it detailed on confirmation of delivery! I have raised it with them, but am yet to recieved a response or the items I ordered.”

“Ordered Denby items which are now in very short supply and therefore precious. Of the 5 items I ordered only 1 of them arrived in new condition. 1 was broken in half and the other 3 items had factory faults (2 rather significant ones), but none were labelled as seconds. I am so disappointed that a cook shop wouldn’t provide better packaging to avoid breakage. The factory faults aren’t on eCookshop per se, but they should have been listed as seconds and properly checked before being sent out. I can’t get through on the phone - it just loops around despite it being during opening hours. There’s no email address, just a contact form that can take 4-5 days to respond. Far from ideal when the items are selling out everywhere.”

“I have had a mixer kettle and toaster from kitchen aid and to be honest they are not worth the money. The kettle leaked after a couple of months, the mixer doesn’t last long the motor conks out after about two years. I also had the food shredder and the motor went on that. Definitely never buy anything kitchen aid again.”

“It all went wrong! I purchased a Dualit Coffee grinder, the packaging and box was pristine but I did notice the odd coffee grain as I unpacked it, i then found part of the coffee grounds container lid was missing and coffee ground remnants in the container, on the underside of the milling head although the grinder itself was spotless. After a couple of phone calls one to Dualit themselves I decided to return the grinder,leaving me very disappointed.”

“Worst service I have ever experienced. There was no notification about when my parcel would arrive, no reminder, nothing at all. The delivery was attempted while I was at work, and I was never informed about the exact delivery time. However, the £68 for the kettle was taken from my account immediately. Now it has been 4 days and I still have neither the kettle nor my money back. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend buying from this company. Be careful before ordering from them.”

“Ordered a kitchenaid lift bowl mixer for £450 and they sent me a heavily used one - customer services wouldn't do a swap out, had to return old one and then wait while they shipped a new one out - not great all round - i wouldn't shop here again”
