No very impressed, I believed that I ordered one thing and received another. Not prepared to swap or help , just me paying to return the items and receive a refund. It works out all I've paid for is the various parcel company's profits. I won't be using them again.

I have 4 days of Sage 3in 1.... I have to send it back... the fan makes loud noises and does not spin... it does not work in the air frayer. 19 years ago I bought a microwave... it still works (for £70)... I spent £400 on the Saga combo... it broke after 4 days.

I was excited about these Portmeirion cup and saucers but I was disappointed when they arrived. I wanted to send them back because they were too thick but I didnt deem it worth it because of the cost of the postage. I will keep them to give as a gift to somone.

Hello, According to the tracking the item has not yet been delivered. I can see you paid via PayPal so if you have moved or have not updated your address in PayPal the address the item may be going to the wrong address. Hello, from the tracking, this was despatched on 02 Feb and delivered to the address on the order on 03 Feb. I cannot locate any emails from yourself regarding the missing item. If you have still not located please contact us directly so we can start an investigation with the courier. Thank you.

I ordered a replacement pan lid 9 days ago and am now being asked to review my experience. So: A week ago I was told my pan lid had been despatched, but on the courier's website they say they have not yet received my parcel. I await my pan lid! My Dawsons parcel number 15976893575397

Dear Dawsons Department Store Support Team, Today, I got my orders in the meticulously wrapped boxes. However, I was extremely sad and furious, when I saw the products and their conditions. I am the hyper lover of the Spode products. Therefore, I know the difference between the seconds products and unfaulty/precise products. Moreover, previously, I made shoppings from the seconds products of Spode. For a company Since 1936, It is a definetely shameful behaviour what you did in this order. I am very furious. I ordered them for my daughter’s birthday party. You can understand the urgency, because I ordered them as express delivery, and I paid more money for it. The products, what you sent to me, all of them are seconds/ faulty products. However, you sell them as unfaulty products, and you deceived me! I paid full money for these products in my order. You can’t waste my time! You can’t make me disappointed! You can’t ruin my party plans! Additionally, all the boxes were in moisture and they have tear. There was a bad smell on the products! Moreover, I am not a wine lover, so it is not an inclusive gift! Please compensate this situation or this shame as soon as possible!

I have received the Kitchenaid artisan mixer and it has a small scratch, not down to the metal. I am communicating with the suppliers but it’s difficult to send a photo of something that’s basically like a mirror..

I do not believe that they are as transparent about their products as they could be. I recently purchased a Wonderchef Nutri pot from them and when I tell you that the pots front label and buttons are like a poorly glued on label I would not be exaggerating! The buttons were not built onto the machine. I was too scared to tug at the label incase it came off. There was also lots of ‘white’ foamy stuff stuck all along the wire which I had to scrape off. Honestly the ONLY thing that has stopped me sending it back is that it stated I would have to do so at my own expense and as the item is quite heavy I didn’t want to lose any more money. I have not used the item so cannot say how well it works, but considering that the ‘instruction booklet’ (and I use the term loosely) is very scant and speaks only of Indian food recipes it is quite hard to follow if you plan to cook other foods. I may just have to chalk this purchase up to experience. This will be my one and only purchase from this website. I will stick to the well known store with its partners and their clear concise web reviews.

As explained in a previous email not happy with my parcel at all. Last year I purchased from you the dinner plates as a gift for my grandaughter who is hoping to collect a full set. This year I have ordered her 8 tea plates and the way they came packaged was disgustiing. What was supposed to be boxes were completely broken and felt damp totally unsuitable for wrapping as a gift. Ther was no paper pf cardboard between the plates and they were actually rattling in the package and I was expecting to find them broken when I opened the package. For such good quality and reasonably expensive crockery I would have expected a much better service than this. I will not be purchasing from you again

Paid for express delivery didn’t receive my item which was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. And to top it all off I couldn’t even access customer service to ask for an explanation!!!

Hello, I am sorry your item did not arrived in time for Christmas. It was despatched on the day it was ordered and went out for delivery the following day - it looks like the driver was unable to deliver for some reason. I would love to write a review of our order but despite paying for express delivery guaranteed to arrive before Christmas our order has not been delivered and it's now Boxing Day. Perhaps eCookshop should look at the reviews of their chosen delivery company, DPD, and use a firm who can 'deliver the goods'.

Appalling service. Had a Le Creuset item delivered and the Le Creuset box was wet and smelt of mould. This was NOT the couriers' fault as the brown packaging box it came in was dry and undamaged. The box is important when you are spending £100 on an item and clearly, given the time of year, is a gift. Spoke to eCookShop and they asked me to email over pictures, which i did within minutes. No response. Had to call and chase a response. Resent the email and was told they are looking into and should be able to get a replacement box. Yesterday, 1 working day, before Xmas i have to chase AGAIN. Was told they do not have a box and it's either a 15% discount or return the item. I had little choice and had to return the item. This has been going on for two weeks and now i have to find a replacement gift. I'm sure the refund will take weeks ! Oddly, the item is still in stock on their website so why could they simply not replace it? Shocking customer services

Shopped for my daughter’s wedding. They had an offer published in the express until the 28th November for free crystal flutes if you spend over £100 which I did but could not find the correct code. I messaged support with evidence on the web. But was told it had ended and basically tough. I am a repeat customer and this has happened before this company if you add to your order it deletes the code you previously had added and then you can’t add to it! So disappointing as the support from Jane McKeown was not very helpful. Thank you for your email, I have looked at your order and unfortunately at the time you placed this order 28.11.23 @ 22:07 this offer was no longer on. I

The glasses were not useable. They were all permanently cloudy like dishwasher damage. Even though I sent a photo I still have to wait until they have been collected before I can get a refund!!! Or they would offer a 25% discount if I wanted to keep them. As if!

Paid for Saturday delivery, scheduled, found out at 17-15pm via email delivery wasn’t happening, got in touch with Dawsons and explained I’d wasted a full day waiting, got a reply saying I hadn’t wasted a day 🤣🤣…rude without establishing the facts….I’d sat in and only update was received was after 5pm on Saturday so yes I had wasted my day, was given refund of £8.50 for the paid postage but no attempt to defuse the situation regarding what I thought was a flippant “you hadn’t wasted your day” …..challenged Dawson’s customer services about this and got nothing back. Second time I’ve used Dawsons and the last, first purchase turned up smashed ( cups) these were replaced but maybe I should have looked at other reviews before buying again. Lesson learnt

Microwave repacked badly in box upside-down. broken glass all over box shocking never seen anything packed like this ever was supposed to be brand new how it got sent out I will never know.
