“The eCookshop provided excellent service, a reasonable price and swift delivery. However, the Le Creuset product was not up to the standard of my previous one. The lid is not large enough to cover the rim of the jug and the plunger is very difficult to push down. There is a need for a good filter, but not one which requires the strength of a weight lifter to operate. In conclusion the eCookshop is good the item is disappointing. It is almost as if the item was a reject!”
