“This was a new Company to me, so I was a little nervous.. Not only was my item at a good price ,but when it arrived broken, Ecookshop sorted it out very promtly. Delivery for both parcels was super quick and the people I spoke to, really kind and helpful . I certainly will be using this Company again.”

“Product itself is great, but not as the photo suggested. I didn’t want the salt mill with the black Le Creuset motif. I thought it would be embossed as it seemed to be on the website. It doesn’t match my pepper mill now.”

“Absolutely brilliant service, I called up to see if there were some specific Denby China items left, the lady who took the call was so helpful, she said she would go and check and call me back. Less than 10 mins later my luck was in, it was no problem for her to check some other items that I’d failed to ask about when initially calling. My order was despatched and arrived the following day. Amazing service and brilliant customer experience from the lady who I dealt with - thank you!”
