“I ordered a toasted sandwich maker but two were delivered. Still trying to sort this out.”

“The items were fine I was however HORRIFIED at the packaging, the box the two small rectangular boxes came in was huge, it was big enough to fit in a bed side cabinet and filled to the brim with paper and plastic wrap. Given the crisis we face with sustainability i was very sad to see this and I will not shop here again! It was very over the top.”

“Very sad had to return the box was damaged and the item had been taken out of box before no plastic or card on plug and corners scratched seemed second hand !!”

“Happy with item although it was delayed in getting to my sister which was very frustrating. It did not reach to her on her birthday as it was suppose to which was quite embarrassing. Apparently it was sent to the wrong depot which only was noticed when I called up the company”

“The teflon pan is lsited as dishwasher safe and on the Le Creuseut site even goes as far as to say 'can use with metal utensils'... But just placing it in the dishwasher has result in scratched to the non stick surface and its pretty much a write off.”

“I ordered 5 kilner jars of various sizes. Nothing wrong with the jars - but I am appalled by the excessive packaging. My order arrived in 3 large boxes ( they would have fitted in 1), and each jar was wrapped in metre upon metre of bubble wrap and additional polystyrene type packaging. The volume of packaging is quite unlike anything I have ever experienced in an online purchase and way in excess of what was required to safely package the jars. My description does not do justice to the scale of the waste, but sadly this review column will not allow me to paste in a picture. It will take a trip to our local refuse centre to dispose of it - for 5 kilner jars! I deeply resent the environmental destruction my transaction has created. Customers concerned with the environment - please do challenge this company to do better!”

“Monsoon mug duos came in very tired packaging. Crumpled, split cellophane and covered in a white dust or grit. Most unsuitable for gifting which was my intention.”
