I ordered 4 items - a Dartington glass water jug (which is lovely) but has a slight flaw in it, a square cake tin ,which is fine - a teapot , which is fine and a set of 3 cake tins for storage. The largest of these tins had two large dents in it and a dented base.
I don’t know what to do about this order - should I just keep it or report the condition of these items.?
