Items are ok but boxes inside parcel were very damp and squashed, obviously stored in a damp warehouse or similar

I was disappointed that the colour of the eight dishes was not uniform. When buying first I would expect it to be.

eCookshop itself is very good but I'm not sure I will ever order anything from them again. They use DPD Local as their delivery firm. DPD twice falsely claimed it had called to deliver and no-one was in. I was in both times waiting for them in the kitchen when I received the text saying they had called and I wasn't in. They sent an accompanying photograph of a house - said to be mine to prove I wasn't in. The photo purported to show my house. I have lived in the area for 30 years and I have no idea where that property is - it is certainly no-where near my home. Secondly, the same photo was shown twice, purportedly showing photos taken on different days (curiously, the leaves on the pavement hadn't moved on both photos and the van was parked in exactly the same position in each photo). I appreciate van drivers are probably paid very little and are given many deliveries to do in a short time frame but this was unacceptably bad and almost certainly dishonest service. Caveat emptor.

First shipment arrived smashed whoever packed it left one piece of flimsy cardboard between the plates then stuffed box full of bubble wrap. The second shipment actually survived similar rubbish packing I will never know how. Shame to treat china/ purchases this way and run the risk of messing the customer and creating twice the work for the company.

No idea. I was told it would arrive after Christmas and indeed it has not yet arrived (25/12). Why ask for a review now? Next question - was it delivered on time. Let’s wait and see!

Only had this a week - and still takes a lot of getting used to: Too much "gadetry" and so small, can hardly read the instructions down the inside when you open the door. No markings as regard to "Wattage", i.e. 650 - 850 etc.... as printed on all the things one buys for the Mircowave. Find the "ping" on the door is too loud (have it down to low (and frightens my cat) - but Air-Fryer did come up to expectations. Can't see how I can cook the 5 items I will do for Xmas Dinner "all at once" - so back to the oven it is.

My plates arrived well packed. However, I immediately noticed that the pattern was paler in colour than the plates I already own. Thinking they were seconds, I contacted the Live Chat And was told the company doesn't sell seconds. I sent photos showing the difference between the plates I already own and the plates just delivered. The rep could tell the difference as well. I was offered a partial refund or to send them back. As I need the plates for Christmas day, I chose the refund and hoped no one would notice. However, I'm still waiting for the refund, and it would be jolly nice to know why those plates were so different in colour to my existing ones.

My order and delivery were processed very satisfactorily and quickly. However I was disappointed in the amount of bubble wrap which was wrapped around each mug. I appreciate it was important that the mugs weren't damaged in transit but at least some of the bubble wrap could have been replaced with paper wadding. if the mugs had come in the manufacturers boxes even less plastic would have been necessary.

The photos were quite deceptive. The boxes are quite small. I have not opened the boxes to check the items as they are gifts. Slightly disappointed.

The item itself is great but I did ask if this dish was round, was told it was but it is actually oval. Nevertheless I will keep as it it excellent quality & I can adapt to it.

Disappointed to find that as it says metal utensil safe, whilst using a slice to separate steak mince during cooking I then find many scratches on the bottom of the pan. Won't use metal again even tho it says ok and that's the reason I bought it. Hope I have attached the photo of all the fine lines from separating the mince.

Items came in good time but when I opened the parcel could no believe how filthy the box for the carving set was! Very surprised goods are sent out like that.

Every thing arrived and was well packaged in ample bubble wrap. However, some of the fishes were covered in dust which was really disappointing - surely it wouldn’t have taken much effort for someone to have given them a quick dust before wrapping them. It just shows no pride in the work or concern for the business reputation or customer experience.

Description made me think the cups and saucers were together. Was surprised to only receive saucers. Furthermore returned to your site and found only 7 saucers in stock compared to 8 cups purchased. Sourced saucers elsewhere….otherwise would have had to return. Goods arrived in good condition and are nice as expected.
