“The Le Creuset pan arrived in a battered box which clearly had been opened b4 arrival. The pan box had been opened & hadn’t been closed properly. Disappointing start. Pan itself was fine.”

“I got a set of ware. I thought I was getting 4 side plates and I got 4 saucers. When I priced to send them back it was too expensive to send them. So I now have 4 saucers that I do not want . I wanted side plates. I would not buy again from you because if this”

“The product was initially advertised at £69.50 half the original retail price. When it came into stock it was advertised at £74.25 including free delivery and a price match. I bought one. The product and delivery were fine. I took up the price match as a competitor was selling at £69. I was told the price match was not on this particular item !”

“Happy with our purchase of the 16 piece regency green Denby set. What I was less impressed with were the stickers you put on every single piece that were incredibly hard to get off. The denby ones themselves came off no problem. If you are going to insist on putting your own stickers on every item (not too sure why you have to seeing as it’s a set) then use stickers that consumers can actually get off”

“No automatic email received to confirm purchase. Staff helpful on phone. Product high quality and great price. Arrived well packed. Poor returns policy if this had been required, customers pay for their own returns. No problems, but if a return had been required this would have been a big problem.”

“My first order was straightforward, my second was sent to the wrong address. I then had to wait until the post office returned the items to Dawsons so that they could resend.They knew they would be returned, knew that I had paid,but, I the customer was left waiting. Not brilliant customer service.”
