Disappointed to find that as it says metal utensil safe, whilst using a slice to separate steak mince during cooking I then find many scratches on the bottom of the pan.
Won't use metal again even tho it says ok and that's the reason I bought it. Hope I have attached the photo of all the fine lines from separating the mince.
