The service was excellent, but I was going to get in touch with customer service to advise that one of the three items we ordered appears to have been a display item and has faded/is Sun damaged. Please see picture below to compare.

I ordered the wrong size plates, have to say I was very disappointed that this retailer does not cover the cost of returns, especially considering I spent a hefty sum of money with them. Never an issue with John Lewis etc, it would put me off ordering again.

Happy with 80% of my order of 217£ Some plates was seconds as per Denby website but Dawsons says they are not , the set should be the same colour not various colour and Denby websites where the plates come from charging less for the seconds. Customer service not very good at all in interaction. I was so upset with than that if I hadn’t removed the label on my large order I would have returned all 22 items I bought. The return that I had to pay for when it was their poor product was not appreciated

I'm loving my Maze Grill plates and bowls. It's just a shame that they all didn't make it to me in one piece. Two of the dinner plates arrived with large chips out of the edge. I've phoned and sent an email enclosing photos of the damage but haven't heard anything since. I'm also awaiting a box of dishes that weren't in stock. It would be better to wait until orders were fulfilled before asking for reviews.

Pleased with product and delivery, but the box the item came in- not the outer packaging- was absolutely filthy and made unpacking a horrible experience and VERY messy.

The Arthur Price knives I purchased are not of the same design as my existing Arthur Price knives although they claim to be, they are inferior particularly the handles which are much thinner and the blades are serrated which the originals are not. This is not a complaint more a warning to check carefully before you purchase.

Frying pan told would last a lifetime just went in the bin. very disappointed with quality. Dont like being asked for my email address every time I purchase something in store under the guise of sending me a receipt when it is really for sales and marketing purposes. Staff not very pleased when I decline to give my email address. I do not wish to get emails from you. Why would I want an email receipt for a wooden spoon?

I’d have given 5 if the order had been correct but I got the wrong items however, it was easy dealt with by customers services although I had the inconvenience of contacting and wrapping everything up so that was disappointing.

I found the price of delivery of £3.95 for a single item to be pricey, given my item cost £10. The delivery cost negated the savings of the sale price in the end. Also found this company to use far excessive packaging. As I was ordering a single mug, I can understand why, however it was a really big box. Maybe that’s what added to the delivery cost. Otherwise the delivery timescale was okay - nothing exceptional compared to other companies. Email notifications were good as well. Overall satisfied but the delivery cost made me ponder my purchase for over a week before I finally gave in.

Have used before and would do so again. However, on this occasion I bought a jug under the mistaken impression that I would get the pattern shown in the accompanying picture - which id don’t. Moral - always read the small print.

The mixer and speedy delivery are/were very good. The additional free mixer item very difficult to claim if you are not the best with IT! Shouldn’t be. The extra ‘splash cover’ out of stock which limits use! Would appreciate help to be able to order the free mixer please. Martin on 01223 882110 thank you

Very disappointed, because one of the Le Creuset Coffee mug in Ultra Violet received was defective, and after the replacement, I received another defective goods.

Very quick at accepting an order but very slow at delivering the missing part of the order so not happy. I should have shopped elsewhere as I’m still waiting for it!

Whilst on the whole I was satisfied I find it very difficult when I ordered the wrong size of something and the return process is too complicated and costly . Secondly the glasses I bought were not only wrong size but cloudy . Again difficult return procedure . So although I felt there were savings I ended up not saving at all

Received only two mugs as description really poor. I’m not the only one who thought it was 4 mugs in set not two plus teaspoons. Like the mugs but as said before disappointed with only getting two.

I ordered a kitchen aid kettle at a the best price out there , which came with free delivery, and free gin glasses. Brilliant I thought, until I needed to return this item due to wrong colour match. Be aware when ordering, because you have to pay to return any item bought. This item cost me £11 to return, because every email suggested you get extra cover due to only being covered for £50 using standard delivery. This item was more than double that, therefore the cost bumped up. Shame it’s free to have it delivered, but costs to return.

One wrong item sent out and then when contacted informed that the ordered item is now out of stock, disappointed with this.
