“Great ordering process. Speedy delivery. Problem arose when I realised I had ordered Classic Kitchen Aid rather than Artisan. I called to ask for replacement but after little help on the phone I had to return product at my own cost and had to find cost effective, reliable courier. That was OK but no return slip in box and having to search website for return address was annoying. Have requested refund so still waiting”
