“Worst service I have ever experienced. There was no notification about when my parcel would arrive, no reminder, nothing at all. The delivery was attempted while I was at work, and I was never informed about the exact delivery time. However, the £68 for the kettle was taken from my account immediately. Now it has been 4 days and I still have neither the kettle nor my money back. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend buying from this company. Be careful before ordering from them.”
