“Product itself is great, but not as the photo suggested. I didn’t want the salt mill with the black Le Creuset motif. I thought it would be embossed as it seemed to be on the website. It doesn’t match my pepper mill now.”

“Absolutely love my Le Creuset pan from eCookshop. It was dispatched and delivered so quickly, and really well packaged - it took me ages to get into it! Thoroughly recommended, and it was available at a great price too. I will definitely be back to get more top-quality cookware.”

“Absolutely brilliant service, I called up to see if there were some specific Denby China items left, the lady who took the call was so helpful, she said she would go and check and call me back. Less than 10 mins later my luck was in, it was no problem for her to check some other items that I’d failed to ask about when initially calling. My order was despatched and arrived the following day. Amazing service and brilliant customer experience from the lady who I dealt with - thank you!”
