“Never heard of them, but found them via Google with a good price. Simple ordering, then telephoned them to tweak delivery - friendly, helpful lady. DPD made a mess if the delivery, but not wasn't cookshop's fault. Product arrived promptly abd well packaged. Would definitely use Cookshop again.”

“I ordered some Denby dishes and plates for my sister. They arrived quickly and on time and I had updates all through the process. One of the dishes had a chip in it. I emailed the company and within 20 minutes I was advised that a new dish would be despatched half an hour later I got an update saying the dish had been despatched. Wonderful customer service in an age when I don’t expect it anymore. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”
