“Not their fault, but the Le crueset 24 cm casserole both shape and size (smaller) have changed and it costs a lot of money to return because of its inapropriateness. Look at the picture below, it looks like the old stile which has been around for decades but no mention that I could see making it obvious that it is a completely diffierent size and shape.”

“Ordered wine glasses, cheaper than anywhere else. Delivered promptly. Unfortunately 1 stem was broken. I informed Dawsons by email and sent photo. Replacement glass arrived the next day! Ordered 3 more sets for Christmas. Once again delivered within 2 days, excellent service. I will definitely use them again and recommend this Company.”

“I really wanted the Spode napkin rings but didn’t like the extortionate price of them. Did an internet search and found them cheap on this website. Then, being an older lady, panicked that it was some sort of dodgey website. Wanted the napkins rings so badly I risked it. I’m delighted to everything was super smooth, speedy postage, perfect boxed product, absolutely amazing. Inside the package the company put a brochure for other products from their shop. I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful bargain.”
