“The price was good, it was delivered in a few days. On arrival the package appeared to have been dropped. Four bowls were broken. Dawson replaced them straight away the arrived within two working days. That is a WOW from me. Excellent.”

“The mugs I ordered arrived very promptly. The box they arrived in was so big at first I didn't realise what the order was. The mugs were packed so well, and so carfefully, there was no chance they could have arrived broken. So thoughtful when so man other companies send things with minimal packaging.”
