“I phone up and spoke to Ian (not posh Ian apparently🤣) He was so helpful and gave me great advice And helped me get a mixer in time for a present for my wife. Very polite and friendly definitely will recommend to family and friends 10/10 Thank you Ian”

“Nice and quick on delivery considering I ordered a week before Christmas. Unfortunately one of the items were damaged but I emailed a picture of proof to ecookshop and got a reply within an hour and a replacement the next day. Can not fault that service, 5 stars.”

“My product was delivered on time and was perfect. When I opened package there was a small item missing I contacted the company and with in 15 minutes I had a response saying that it would be sorted. 15 minutes after that I had confirmation that a courier had been instructed to collect the item and I received it the following day. I will definitely use bookshop again”
