“Outstanding service. Order placed on Friday and product arrived on Monday. The Hafele pull out towel rail is a quality product and works exceptionally well. I would have given 5 stars had I not been given the wrong information about the fixing screws needed. The website stated that the rail should be fixed using pan head screws with a 6mm dia. head which I puchased before the rail arrived. However, the rail has 6mm dia fixing holes so a screw head of the same diameter is no good. The correct size is a 8mm dia. head. I did notify East Coast Kitchens to suggest the website is amended.”

“Customer service was excellent. A lady rang day after I placed the order to confirm I had ordered the right size. I had to measure the kitchen cupboard while on the phone. They must of had a lot of returns due to customers ordering the wrong size. The only complaint I have is, it came with no screws to fix the runners to the cupboard. Although it does say on the description it does not come with fixings but I did not see that 🤦🏻‍♀️. I purchased some from Amazon. Also there were no handles. It is not pictured with handles and you can open them from the bottom without. My other internal draw purchased from another company has and I found the draws easier to open with handels. I purchased some handels from eBay. I would buy these draws again 😁”

“Ordered integrated bin fitting in my new kitchen . Which hopefully will fit nicely in to our kitchen. I was however disappointed with the delivery company parcel force as they firstly delivered parcel to wrong address and then dropped it over a garden fence in to the garden. I have photos to prove this too. Have not fitted yet box was damaged.”

“Great selection of kitchen parts, simple purchase process and good comms, I had a number of communications throughout my purchase process. Including notice of order confirmation and despatch as well as delivery. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was there was no linkage to let me know which carrier was undertaking the delivery, meanign their was a period of 24 hours where I had a despatch status but no way of knowing who to expect contact from or timing of delivery. Otherewise great process and would purchase form them again.”

“The replacement recycling bins were a perfect fit and replaced the original Magnet kitchen bins. The original bins plastic had become hard and brittle after twelve years and had become broken around the edges.”

“The product- bin bags- a straightforward household staple. Quality is good and delivery fine. There was a minor issue with the colour but the company provided replacements immediately once I contacted them so good customer service.”
