“Purchased covers for the Aventos HL, however, the covers arrived and they were wrong. We emailed the company and provided a reference from our existing cover. After looking into the issue the company said, the covers are no longer manufactured and we sent a more up-to-date one. The fun thing is I have just seen the reference and cover cap for sale on their website!! Update After the confusion of the above, we have had several emails between myself and Eastcoast kitchens to determine the correct cover, these have now been sourced, purchased arrived on time and now fit correctly, and the issue is now resolved, many thanks. Dale. Your revised feedback is appreciated. Unfortunately, the manufacturers Blum have updated the style of cover caps for their Aventos ranges. The type you originally purchased were for a standard system and the link you sent to us were for the Servo drive options. Each are only compatible with the original system installed. I believe this is where the initial confusion occurred. I was very pleased though that I could indeed find you some of the old type of Servo drive cover cap as required and we resolved with your new purchase.

Thank you for your review. The ceramic sinks are fragile and can not be sent with standard couriers as damage would occur. Therefore these are sent on our own distributor vans and sent via "a man with a van" I appreciate a two day delivery time is not ideal, but does depend on when they are in your area and traffic etc. We do state in our dispatch emails we would be happy to offer a time slot on the day of delivery.

“Massive range of products and in the end found what I wanted and it worked!!! The search criteria and number of items displayed at one time should be improved, especially as they are selling online (But Screwfix are as bad). The WESCO 20lt recycling and 10lt rubbish, stainless bins with runner all came, would fit and carried the kitchen unit door no problem. and worked.”

“I believe ECK&B did all they could to get my Gessi stuff asap however the lead time was very long (I think it came from Italy). That said, ECK&B kept in pretty regular contact and when it did finally arrive I am very pleased with the products. I would purchase from them again”

“I like East Coast Kitchens and am a repeat customer I would buy more from them but unfortunately, while the "sales staff" are always helpful and patient, and invariably find a solution, they will only accept orders/payment online and my mechanical dyslexia makes that a tortous process so tend to order from a voice on the phone even when having a worse choice of product That is the reason for 4 star instead of a deserved 5 star Were they simply to deal with order process verbally, while still only being relatively small, would still be spending circa£1500 plus a month with them”

Security is paramount for us to provide to our customers and online ordering is extremely safe where no credit card details are stored, this is not the same when taking phone payments which is why we do not offer as a service. “I am pleased with the purchase and the items are of good quality. A little disappointed with the delivery service as I arranged in advance and paid £10.99 delivery charges to have the items delivered on a particular day - hence I stayed in from 8am to 6pm - but they did not arrive. The following day I had an early notification of a 2 hour delivery slot and had to change my prior arrangements. I have since noticed a disclaimer saying delivery dates can’t be guaranteed but it would have been helpful if I had been kept up to date about delivery.”
