Very helpful staff. Excellent assistance Would definitely NOT use again. Good product knowledge Sadly no delivery! Promised for Thurs / Fri. Chased on Friday and then promised pre noon saturday. Nothing arrived! Have had to purchase elsewhere. Cheap prices rotten delivery!

Steve, Thank you for your review I am very sorry you have been let down by the delivery company. We are chasing them but see that my college has been helping you and we are expecting the delivery today. It is a very, large heavy ceramic sink so we have to use this pallet service to get the sink to you un-damaged. I will continue to keep and eye on this for you personally. thank you for your patience.
The tap was delivered promptly suitably packaged with everything that was needed included. Initially I wanted to return the tap as it was more gold in colour than it looked online however the defensive attitude from east coast kitchens customer services dept and the fact I would have to pay the delivery charge meant I kept it. It is a very nice quality good looking piece of kit. The hose does not really stretch that far, it could be better. Unfortunately having had it fitted by a qualified plumber the filter system is not working. The customer service from east coast kitchens has again been very combative. Asking me why the tap is not working, I am not a plumber I do not know. Also saying they have had to call the manufacturer themselves many times(alarm bells) and have always got through this implying I must be getting it wrong when I say I am calling them and can’t get through. No offer to call on my behalf or send and email even though my contract was with them.

You have just stated the "filter does not work" The number given to you yesterday was so you could obtain product help & advise. We have tried to help you and been consistent with our communications. We also requested a number so that we could call you? I am very sorry you are not happy, I will continue to reply to you directly to see if we can get this resolved.
Purchased lid for interior bin. Grossly overpriced. Design of lid appears to be faulty as this is the third lid for said bin.

I see you purchased a cutlery tray. We are very concerned to see your review. Can you please advise why you feel this is "not fit for purpose"? I note from your message you stated it did not fit your drawer measurements. Our team are on hand to advise which product would suit your dimensions, due to each customer needs not being standard. East Coast Kitchens are not the suppliers of the product I ordered. So when the suppliers emailed my delivery day, East Coast assumed all had been delivered fine. After the day passed with no delivery, I had to chase only to find the item was out of stock. I now have a new delivery date - will just keep my fingers crossed

Andrew, i am sorry you are not happy with the delivery company who we used to deliver your product. Stocks are depleting very quickly at this time and it is proving difficult to replenish. We are very honest and do state online that we distribute certain products. I am very sorry you were let down on this occasion. Seems I'm in the minority here - My first transaction with this company was a kitchen corner cabinet pull-out. I ordered an in stock item, they accepted the order, processed the payment, even sent me an invoice. 9 minutes later an email "item....out of stock... may cause a slight delay" 1 further minute passes, in pings another email - " ... apologies...error in our stock levels" Turns out the slight delay is a 5 week delay. I for one lose confidence in a company that can't manage their stock. Some great reviews suggests they're reputable and professional. I guess I was just unlucky, but mismanagement puts me off ordering with them again.

John, thank you for your review. I am extremely sorry you were not happy with the stock levels of the product purchased. As advised, errors do occur but if this happens we do make sure we advise customers as soon as possible and offer a full refund immediately. Unfortunately it was an error with the manufacturers website that had a knock on effect, but appreciate this was not ideal or did it give you a good experience in which we are very sorry.
Doesn’t advise to order table top seperate when ordering on phone misleading picture

One of the in side larder units was broken , wrapping was not adequate needs more wrapping maybe bubble wrap would be an idea ?

I have noticed you did not contact us regarding this though? We will always remedy any damages or issues for our customers, but do ask customers to notify us as soon as they receive their goods.
Product more copper than brass. Not as in pictures on the website. Thin brass coating so can see aluminium underneath in some parts. Quick delivery
