Tried to get a price match on a tap but offered bank transfer as the only option for the price match which we didn't/don't feel comfortable with. Ended up ordering anyway and it came quickly and so far works well. Would order again but a shame about the price match.

Jason, thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not happy that your order has not yet been delivered. As discussed with you over the phone call we had on Thursday, due to Good Friday and the bank holiday on Monday we were unable to deliver within these dates. the order was placed with free delivery selected, with the order arriving within 7 working days. As mentioned, we expect the order to arrive today, Tuesday, 22nd April. Thank you for your purchase, which is appreciated.
Great service but you have to pay for courier to take sink back if not satisfied. Shame

Lorraine thank you for your review and I am sorry you do not like the ceramic sink purchased, as advised in our conversation. Unfortunately, as explained we do not offer free returns for change of mind reasons. We are in a very competitive industry and to enable a free collection would mean all of the products would become a lot more expensive for our customers. We are very transparent and advise our returns policy for customers to see before purchase. I am sorry we were unable to offer a free collection for your sink.

Supply information and contact very good. The Santo waste bin however, left a bit to be desired! Installation instructions to set the runners were in very small type, and totally incorrect. Leading to wasted Installation time, and having to re-drill the carcase side wall's. Once the correct dimensions had been determined, the pull out bin worked well and is well made.

Order went OK but there needs to be more communication about delivery. Heard nothing from the courier until the day of delivery so was unsure if I had been scammed!

Chas, thank you for your review. I am very sorry you felt the couriers did not communicate the best. This suppliers uses their own driver to deliver and we do not obtain a tracking number. We do email you the day before delivery though so that you know to expert your parcel. I appreciate am all day service is not always convenient and we will take your comments on board.
Product received ok, well packed. A German product with very poor installation information, non in English!! And covering a different sized product AND including brackets & fixings presumably for a larger item, not the one I ordered. The lack of adequate information and details was very confusing and VERY annoying!!

Great prices, fast delivery, but I was disappointed with how my items were packaged. No packing material and the shipping box was too big so everything fell out of the items box in to the large shipping box. Very surprised that the item wasn’t scratched or dented, hopefully none of the internals are damaged. Very disappointed considering the value of the product.

Hi Roy, i notice you only left us a 3 star company review? I appreciate the product was not perfect when trying to fit but could the company help you further at all or help with anything else? We can be contacted easily by email or telephone
Product was supposed to arrive on Friday according to the shipping details, but turned up on the Monday after, which meant we had tp return to our customer again and fit them. Considering postage charge ws more than the product cost, this wasn't great.

Karl, thank you for your review. I am sorry the angle stop arrived a day late. We are advising in our dispatch emails sent to yourself that delays are occuring at the moment, this is unfortunately beyond our control with strikes etc. The carriage charged @ £4.95 + VAT is an upgraded service for a quick lead time & signed for service so we have traceability for our customers. I am very sorry though it arrived a day late for you.
Despite speaking to a sales advisor who confirmed a particular lid sold by East coast Kitchens would fit an under the sink bin sold by East coast Kitchens, the lid when it arrived did not in fact fit and we had to send the lid back at our expense. We are still awaiting a refund for the cost of the lid and postage. I would not use this Company again.

Extremely quick delivery, sadly not to Jersey where I live . So had to make additional arrangements. We do have all courier and mail links and are used to paying (sensible) postage for delivery. Otherwise good helpful service!

Somewhat dissatisfied with the ceramic sink being sent by a courier with just the driver, when the the box /package was clearly marked the the item was heavy and the item will require two people to handle the item. It ended up that I had to assist the guy driving the van, and it was clear that the cardboard box had sustained damage in transit? Do you actually vet your choice of couriers, I feel we were lucky the item wasn’t damaged.

Martin i am very sorry you were not happy with your delivery. With very competitive prices and also providing a free delivery service, it is difficult to be able to offer a two man delivery. We will however take your comments on board and see if this is a service we could offer our customers in the future.
