“Very neat and tidy bin. Instructions needed reading at least twice before getting down on the floor. Drill pilot holes before screwing in. Might need to loosen screws before final fixing. I had to redo the third bracket ( the one that slides the bin in and out ). Pencil all the main screw positions before hand. Finally a plastic bin liner will only stretch over 3 corners, might have to fix something to over this me that!”

“A simple website to use and the prices were reasonable. I purchased a kitchen sink, tap and plumbing kit. The plumbing kit was not compatible with some of the existing plumbing so ended up being a waste of money.”

“Once we ascertained the correct colour for our handle - black not graphite, reorder was relatively easy, although delivery fairly slow despite high cost Royal Mail 1st class not £6 plus. Refund on returned order fairly efficient if again a little slow,”

“Great customer service, item was delivered in separate lots but Lorraine tracked them down. There were two fittings which needed swapping out and Lorraine dealt with the manufacturer and got them sent out in the post urgently. The unit is of good quality and didn’t take too much to fit. Overall great service despite a few issues I would return as delivery and fittings is 3rd party supplier issues.”

“I ordered to pieces of kitchen hardware and was they arrived within 7 days. I had to call Eastcoast to get advice and spoke to two staff on separate occasions both of whom were very helpful. The products arrived very well packaged and haven't been installed by our kitchen fitters yet.”
