“I paid for a next day delivery, the courier could not find our house on two occassions. I contacted EastCoast kitchens to ask them to cancel the order. Item finally delivered 6-days after placing the order despite asking for my order to be cancelled. No coimmunication from EastCoast kitchens. I would not recommend them !”

Jason, thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not happy that your order has not yet been delivered. As discussed with you over the phone call we had on Thursday, due to Good Friday and the bank holiday on Monday we were unable to deliver within these dates. the order was placed with free delivery selected, with the order arriving within 7 working days. As mentioned, we expect the order to arrive today, Tuesday, 22nd April. Thank you for your purchase, which is appreciated.
