“I didn't get my parcel till today”

“I did not receive my order at all. I emailed them, and they said they were sorry and would send over my order along with some complimentary items. None have arrived. They never replied back to my emails. Very disappointing and bad customer service!”

“Ordered on the 23rd of november, still hasn't arrived and spent 30 quid on it. Would be helpful if they respond to emails or get a working phone number. 1-3 working days MA!”

“Please check your emails as none of your phone numbers work! Unable to contact you and you short changed me on an order! Also tried to leave a review on google but that wouldn’t go through. Think you need to sort your tech out!”

“There are 16 pages of 1 star reviews for this company. Here's another... I received my order with one item "to follow". A month later it has still not arrived. None of the means of contact with the company work. The phone number on the website is "not in service". The phone number at the physical address is not answered.”

“I can’t give an accurate review of your product as I am still waiting for it to be delivered? I understand that this is the courier that is at fault with the slow delivery (as it stands 4 days and counting) but this will be a factor in future purchases.”
