“Ordered Thursday and paid for next day delivery. Money has been taken from my bank but I still haven't received my order. Phone number for customer service doesn't work. Don't buy from this company! If you want me to consider amending my review, please contact me to rectify the problem.”

“Order placed on 18/10/23, still not received a week later, although I was told it was processed and shipped the same day. DHL parcel company say that have not received the order. I have raised several help tickets to solve the problem and not received any reply. The customer contact number is not in service so unable to call anyone to help solve the problem. Unlikely to order from here to again, as if there is a problem receiving your order there seems to be no lack of support or care to help resolve the issue, and you are left without an order and out of pocket.”

“Two weeks since I ordered, and still nothing has arrived. I sent emails, and no one has responded - poor communication. I await the 30 days to report them to trading standards and request my money back through my bank. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. If you look deeper, many people have been ripped off and never received their goods. How this business is still trading is beyond me.”

“It's been five days since I ordered, and I got an email to write a review on a product I have yet to receive. I emailed this morning to find out what happened, and I am still awaiting a response. Now I see reviews on Trustpilot that this is a frequent problem with this shop and that people never receive their orders and lose their money. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

“They’re scammers. Not a good shop to buy e-liquids. They forgot to deliver my order. I paid for it but haven’t arrived yet. I tried contacting them and they only apoligised but they didn’t really helped me if they will refund my money or they will still deliver it to me. Don’t buy from their shops. Scammers!!!”

“Sep 2023 - Made the order 2 weeks ago, order did not arrive and I still don’t know if I will be refunded. Contacted the support, they replied after 2 working days with no actual information. Currently still waiting after 2 more working days to get any news. Not a good experience at all.”

“Rubbish and robbed me £72 ordered 3 lots and only 1 turned up emailed them and nothing back tried to call also no answer do not use im taking it further to s.all claims court not being robbed by anyone waited 4 weeks now thats long enough so claims court it is”

“Ordered my liquids on 29th August….we are now on 17th September and still no liquids paid for next day delivery also. Very poor service, even emailed them & got a response from a guy saying he was going to personally pack this for me. £36.59 what a joke of a company! Will not be ever using them in the future.”

“Made an order on 6th of September and paid £35. Still no order received on the 15th of September - I contacted E Liquids via their customer chat portal with no replyand I have emailed also, with no reply. The order says "complete" on their website. Do this company actually exist ???”
