“To whom it may concern. Earlier this month I have placed an order for the above but with further investigation I have been told Czech borders will only accept 10ml in goods of this kind and I have ordered 50ml. Therefore your package will not be able to arrive through borders. Please would you be able to send me a full refund to my card used for payment? Please do not hesitate to contact if you have any questions Kind regards Sandra”

“I placed an order over a month ago for 10 bottles of berry menthol vape juice and only received 6 with a note saying that 4 will be sent soon which haven't turned up!! I've tried phoning but no answer and sent numerous emails, I had an email last week saying my 4 bottles have been sent out but surprisingly them haven't been delivered either.”
