“Paid for 48 hour delivery. Nothing after 5 days. E- mailed their so called customer support 4 times, nothing. Phone was not answered. Final email explaining I would be contacting trading standards because of breach of consumer rights act before I get a response. Even then the items I had ordered were replaced with inferior products claiming the original ones will be sent on. Not holding my breath and find it hard to believe this company gets so many good reviews. Probably same chance as winning this competition.”

Good Evening Terry, Looking through the support chats, it would appear your original shipment was untrackable. We re-dispatched the order free of charge however were short x2 blackberry crumble nic salts by Dinner Lady. These have left us today to complete your order in full. No inferior products were put on your initial order or the re-dispatch order, however, as explained on the packing slip we had to backorder 2 blackberry crumbles which have now left us and been fulfilled in full. “Would leave mine if I could. Product is a scam got sent a vape that was out of date ( printed in bold black on side of box) by nearly 2 years and not given any company information in order to rectify. This company is an alias for a vape company that dissolved years ago and I assume just getting rid of left over stock by seeking it “as new””

“It took 2 weeks for my order to arrive, and that was after numerous emails and unanswered phone calls. I ordered 7 vapes and received 5, which were not the flavours I ordered. I will shop elsewhere in future.”

“Quick delivery, but got order wrong. Emailed multiple times, but took them over a week to respond saying they would replace wrong items. Still no replacement item. Shame, as would’ve used this company again if their customer service was even remotely useful. Poor show.”

“To whom it may concern. Earlier this month I have placed an order for the above but with further investigation I have been told Czech borders will only accept 10ml in goods of this kind and I have ordered 50ml. Therefore your package will not be able to arrive through borders. Please would you be able to send me a full refund to my card used for payment?
