“i was tring several times to contact you with no succes.Nobody answered my email and no one picked up the phone. My international order has been declined and returned to UK to the sender.We would like to know how the refund will be processed and when.Thank you!”

“I placed an order on the 4th January. Tracking says its been in transit for 16 days. Was promised a replacement but still not recieved 18 days after original purchase! I have only recieved 1 email over this time, no more communications! Feel as though I've been robbed! Legal action will be coming soon I'm down just over £50 very bad service. Never had any issues till now and no help!”
