“The cheek to email me asking to write a review for my order which has not even arrived. The customer service has been virtually non-existent, bar one email saying they would look into my order and get back to me (which they haven't). This order was placed paying £5.99 for next-day delivery over 3 days ago. No product received, no contact and no one ever picks up the phone. AVOID”

“Terrible company, delivery of goods was meant to be here last Monday. Still nothing, I’ve messaged/emailed them numerous times and no reply. My parcel was meant to be sent with Royal Mail but sent with DHL instead who have 10,000 1 star reviews. What a trash company. Avoid like the plague. Honestly go to any one else.”

“Prices are amazing, and seeing 1-3 working day delivery with same day / next day dispatch is great, but it’s been almost a week and my order still hasn’t even been dispatched. Giving 2 stars just because the prices are good, and as long as I get my items it’s not the end of the world, probably won’t shop here again though”

“I purchased E-liquids from E-liquids UK. This is the one of my worst experience and I SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED. First, I have ordered DHL shipping service with additional fee, but they sent with Royal mail. I've sent e-mail to customer support to ask this problem, but my e-mail has been ignored. Second,same day dispatch is NOT working. I havn ordered my E-liquids and Royal mail notice me to shipper is under preparing the cargo after a week. Then about 1 week past, my E-liquids haven't ship yet. TERRIBLE SERVICE.”
