“When you order, and they fulfil the order, they're great (hence 1 star). But if the order goes wrong and they ship you the wrong goods entirely? Worst customer service ever. Their contact form doesn't work. They don't respond to emails. They don't answer their phone. "WE'RE FANATICAL ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT" their website says, just above the broken contact form. So, I'm left without what I ordered, and goods I not only don't want, but cannot use. Buy your e-liquid elsewhere. I certainly will.”

“Have had a couple of orders which I was very happy with. This time I have been sent the wrong product. I have messaged twice in the last week but had no response. So I’m stuck with vape juice I can’t use. Customer service could be vastly improved. I can’t use the phone so would be please answer your emails.”

“System kept failing and when in finally processed they had 4 payments for 1 item. Emailed customer service and they cancelled the 3 and supposed to send refund and 1 order was supposed to be shipped. No reply to my emails and no number to call. Absolutely shocking.”

“If you are buying from this company and live in Scotland, do not expect fast delivery, even with priority delivery which is supposed to arrive in 2 days, it took 4 days to reach my address, and priority delivery is not tracked. But apart from that, I got exactly what I ordered. Thank you!”

“Awful company. Sent me 2 emails asking me to review their items that they never sent me, nor did they ever respond to my emails I sent asking where my order was. Dont waste your time with these guys.”

“Well, the website broke while I was placing the order. The contact form didn't work. Aaand my order arrived in 2 separate deliveries. (with no indication of this at any point) But, everything did show up, so not all bad.”

“They charged me for priority delivery 1-2 days but I didn’t receive the priority booking. Which is unacceptable as they could see from my order that I paid priority shipping fee. I am in two minds weather or not to order from them again”

“My order number is: 375235 I received two vapes. One was completely none functional, both were leaking. I couldn’t use either. I repeatedly tried to get in contact with someone but was met with an automated reply and no follow-up regarding a potential return of a faulty product- which was listed as a possibility on your website. I understand if returns/exchanges/refunds were not possible but I felt as though I had been scammed as I hadn’t received a human reply in so much as an apology.”
