Bought a bottle of Wicked Wolf Gin on Thursday morning. Was promised next day delivery. Didn't arrive until Monday. Had to go to Majestic in Tiverton to buy a bottle of gin on Saturday as the one I ordered hadn't turned up. Not impressed.

I think you should review your delivery company - I was given no notice of delivery time resulting in an online "nowhere safe notice" followed by a redelivery which left the parcel on top of my postbox which obviously couldn't be signed for and in full view of passers-by. I have a gated drive with a "caution - dog running free" sign - All other delivery companies seem to have an advised window for delivery - some even have a half hour slot. Gates are opened - dog in the house, no problem. I can't run the risk of using you again.

I can see from hermes our parcel was returned to sender as damaged, nothing however from drinkfinder as to when it will be replaced. Very upset ad it is a gift and also the first time we used this site.

send difrent product ( paper box insted of wooden box as on a picture on website) Never respond for question about it !!! not recomended

Dear BARTLOMIEJ I am very sorry you have had an issue. I have had a look into this and this product is pictured with the cardboard box it comes with, it has never been available in a wooden box. I apologise if the image is not clear enough to show this. Kind regards Drinkfinder

I ordered a bottle of Rebellion Rum over a week ago, estimated delivery was 2-3 days which I paid for and it still hasn't arrived. I should be asking for the delivery charge back.

ordered two bottles of wine as a xmas present but one arrived broken. Drink finder agreed to replace the bottle.

I'm still waiting for my delivery, three weeks after I ordered it. This is probably the fault of the delivery company, but I leave you to draw your own conclusions - I will be contacting DF separately...

Placed an order over the recent bank holiday weekend and paid extra for a next day delivery expecting it to arrive the following Wednesday. Received a text message from the carrier to say my delivery was delayed and would now arrive on Thursday, so not really next day. I emailed Drinkfinder to ask whether there might be a refund of part of the delivery charge, but unfortunately they did not even bother to reply. Guess that's a no then! With that attitude it is unlikely that I will trouble them with any further orders!

I received my purchase Blantons gold edition bourbon) in a terrible condition. After paying over £60 for this product I do NOT expect to receive it in a box that is dented on all 4 sides and ripped on the edges. I have bought this as a gift for my partner and have photos of the packaging if you require it. Can you please tell me how I can be compensated for this as I am appalled by the condition of the packaging. Regards Jess Edgington 07581 123773

Hello Jess, I am very sorry to hear that your box was in such bad condition. The Blantons boxes are notouriously flimsy but that is no excuse. Unfortunately you had our last bottle so we can't send a replacement box at this time. Would you be happy if we refunded you the cost of the postage? Apologies, Carl
