“Extremely poor service. I paid extra for delivery on the following day. It was for my birthday party. The website gave me the option for that particular delivery. I even received an email immediately that my order was being processed. No show. I emailed for an update on Saturday afternoon, still hoping it would arrive. There was no response even. Very disappointed especially that it was for my birthday. I don't think I will use drinkfinder again in a hurry. I should have read trustpilot reviews before ordering. Lesson learned the hard way!”

Hi Mehnaz Unfortunately on this occasion you placed your order on Good Friday for a Saturday delivery. Our office for online orders is shut at the weekend and in addition was shut on Good Friday and Easter Monday due to being a national bank holiday. We are sorry for the inconvenience, you were contacted first thing on the Tuesday and a full refund was issued. Drink Finder

“Fantastic service. Placed my order on Thursday lunchtime, it arrived at my home 8.30am the next morning. Didnt pay extra for next day delivery. Always a good service. Would definitely recommend.”

“This is the third occasion I have ordered a package of 24 bottles of Fever tree elderflower for delivery to the Midlands. They deliver promptly goods that are well packed, are competitive and a delight to deal with. Ask for Karl.”

“Tried to order initially on line ,but computer was 'having a bad day!' do rang the phone no. I couldn't have spoken to a more helpful person, the girl I spoke to was so helpful, and put my order through straight away.... the goods were delivered to my daughter some 4 days later, she was delighted, and was very impressed by the packaging. Will certainly be ordering from Drinkfinder in the future>”
