Placed an order over the recent bank holiday weekend and paid extra for a next day delivery expecting it to arrive the following Wednesday. Received a text message from the carrier to say my delivery was delayed and would now arrive on Thursday, so not really next day.
I emailed Drinkfinder to ask whether there might be a refund of part of the delivery charge, but unfortunately they did not even bother to reply. Guess that's a no then!
With that attitude it is unlikely that I will trouble them with any further orders!
