I received my purchase Blantons gold edition bourbon) in a terrible condition. After paying over £60 for this product I do NOT expect to receive it in a box that is dented on all 4 sides and ripped on the edges.
I have bought this as a gift for my partner and have photos of the packaging if you require it.
Can you please tell me how I can be compensated for this as I am appalled by the condition of the packaging.
