Hello We are sorry this vintage change slipped through the net with the high volume. The invoice and delivery note from the UK supplier still stated 2016. We do endeavour to call a customer if a change has been made and we notice it in good time. Your order was one that got through before this vintage had been noticed - only a few hours since delivery. We do state in our Terms and Conditions the following: Strength & Vintages May vary from those shown, but we will update as often as possible. In these circumstances we will send the next vintage available. Please specify in the extra Info if you require a specific vintage or strength. Resolved there and then on the phone with you; we booked the collection from you for the new vintage and offered a full refund with no problem. Drink Finder

1. Couldn't order online from Australia to deliver to business and family in the UK (42 bottles) because the checkout doesn't have Australia as a billing address country. 2. Wrote to them via their online contact form, it didn't confirm it was sent so... 3. Wrote direct to their listed email address sales@ Didn't get a response. 4. Ordered from Hennings instead.

Waited a week, then i decided to make contact, only to find out none in stock and not getting anymore in. Makes me wonder how long I would have waited to find this out if I hadn't made contact first. Not very good for a first time buyer.

Hi Thomas, We attempted to call you at the first point of processing your order and finding we were short of the stock. Sadly there was no answer and no voicemail to leave a message. We then were waiting for confirmation of UK stock availability, in that time you called us. Sorry you had a bad first experience. Regards, Drink Finder

I orderd a bottle with a different cover around the bottle. On the picture was a old packshot of the product which I was looking for. I received the new one and nobody is interested in taking care of my problem!!

Hi Gunther, We have been in communication with you via email and you have not replied to our last email. We explained that the image on the site is the correct presentation for what you have received. This was a sale item and end of line which had been heavily discounted. We offered that you could send back to us at your own cost from Germany for a refund of the bottle only. But you have not replied. Regards Drink Finder

I have ordered Springbank 2016 and paid premium price not rrp but when received it wasn’t brand new condition. There was scratches all around box as it was gift for someone so I returned and got my full refund..all good but biggest disappointment was when drink finder replied that product doesn’t has to be same as pictures shown on website...well it’s not auction site or secondary market site even they show or write description if product is somehow not like new ... I buy at least 50 bottles a month online never had that kind response before....

Hi Randhir We are sorry that you were disappointed with this product and order. The item was in brand new condition as it came into us from Springbank. It is well known that their presentation cardboard boxes are inexpensive and not well made, on this occasion there was some ink that had rubbed off. Images shown are for illustration purposes as we have multiple of the item and can not list every one separately like an auction site would. We dealt with your query correctly and in a great time, we had it collected and a full refund applied when it was received back. Again we are sorry for your disappointment. Regards Drink Finder

I was disappointed when the present I had ordered for my father was delivered to my address when I complained I was advised that on confirmation of payment it must have defaulted to my address, if this is a known fault it should be fixed- I Then had to send the present to my father at additional cost to me. I would not recommend this company

I ordered a bottle of Dos Maderas Rum PX 5+5 years which appeared on the website as a giftpack (picture attached). What arrived was not as advertised i.e. no giftpack. On questioning this I was told "while stocks last for the gift pack. I have checked with the warehouse team and they ran out very recently so it is now onto normal stock. I will amend the image and information to reflect. The gift pack is the same cost as the rum it self. It was some promotional extra that we had been given. Sorry for any inconvenience caused or upset. All the best" I responded that nowhere on the advert (again image attached) did it say "while stocks last" and that substituting alternative goods without consulting the customer wasn't something my customers would find acceptable. Will not be using them again.

As we do not have any more stock of this and it was a freebie the cost of the rum has not changed and are unable to help on this occasion. Unfortunately after paying £15 for special Saturday delivery, I then had to wait over a week for my item to be received. Very disappointing. I could have actually opted for the standard cheaper delivery, and would have received the item sooner. Not sure I would order again from you.

Hi Beckie I have had a look into this order and consignment and can see you ordered on Good Friday (National Bank Holiday) when we were closed. Your order got processed on the Tuesday (first day back to work after the Bank Holiday Monday). It was delivered on the Saturday as you had paid for. Some customers place orders on a Saturday as they are working and not home Mon-Fri and do not wish to miss their order. So this is why it was still dispatched on a Saturday service as requested. We did not hear from you during that working week regarding your order or wish to change to a different service. I hope this clears up any confusion. All the best Drinkfinder

Be careful of this service. I ordered next day delivery and paid extra for that, only to be told a day later that my order would be delivered the next day, ie 2 days layer. When I raised this with the company, I was told I had to order before 2pm to get an actual next day delivery. But I wasn't told this when I was placing the order, which is when I needed to know! And no offer of a refund on my payment for 'next day' delivery...far from good customer service

Hi William I have just had a look into the order, you placed on the Wednesday at 8PM, we dispatched the next morning (Thursday) and it was delivered and signed for the next working day (Friday) as expected. It is very clear at the top of the website on every page that orders placed post 2PM will be dispatched the next day. We fulfilled the order as expected and paid for. Although there are many drinks available through Drinkfinder, the way they are priced is misleading, and in my opinion the drinks are over priced.

Items are priced clearly and the bottle sizes etc are always labelled to ensure people know what size they are getting. I purchased a bottle of whisky for my son's birthday. I paid extra money for next day delivery. so as to arrive on the Monday. ordered on the Friday, I then was out of the country. My son informed me that the drink arrived two days after the Monday 7th January (his birthday) . I was not impressed and told him that I believed the present would arrive on the correct day, and it obviously did not. I think my postage delivery cost should be reimbursed at least for the inconvenience and disappointment.

Hi Janet We can see that you placed the order Friday night at 6PM. Our same day dispatch requires orders to be placed before 2PM. So your order got dispatched on the next working day (Monday) and I can see from the tracking it was delivered and signed for by your son the next working day as paid for on the Tuesday). the website said next day delivery I ordered my brothers birthday gift on the 21st and it was delivered in the 28th except my brother wasn't there and it still has not been delivered.

Hi Anna I have had a look at the consignment and can see that you ordered on the 22nd at 10PM, past our same day dispatch and past our Christmas Guaranteed Delivery. It left us the next morning but did not get delivered 24th and 25th Dec for the obvious reason being Christmas. The courier attempted delivery twice after that on separate days with no answer at the door. We then had New Years Eve and Day again days the couriers will not be operating and this has now been delivered today. I hope this clears this up for you. All the best Drinkfinder

Where’s my parcel? Sent three emails and no answer. Bought a whisky for 550£ and you would think they could provide you with a tracking number. Embarrassing! Dont use them!!

They send me a different batch of that spirit, not the one which was in picture. They have wrong pictures on website. Customer service does not respond. Disappointed

The listing was not specific of any batch. The quality and price between the two you may be referring to will be none. How can I make a comment when I haven't recieved my order not pleased at all sorry I can now review recieved my order to day 2 weeks gone missing with others orders I have placed I accept not your fault but not good business
