Some of the prints were damaged due to bad packaging. Having several A3 sheets placed under a thick collection of A4 prints is going to be problematic when in transit. Why not split the A4 prints and possibly place some card between the two layers?

I have used Doxzoo several times. The first order was great, the second one arrived with some slight marks along the edges which I ironed out and remediated. The last order which arrived last week was truly horrible. The edges were rough, there was a dent in the side and the paper quality was poor. I won't be using this service again.

I ordered two encapsulated prints and expected two prints rolled into a tube for safe transport. But instead, I received two laminated prints, one of which had clearly been used as a cutting mat for another print job and had several cuts made into it. As a result, I cannot use either of them, as I needed to put ink fingerprints o the paper. It would be helpful if “encapsulation” was better explained as lamination.

a4 booklets were held together with one staple, just didn't really feel like the quality product I was expecting.

There was a requirement for double-sided printed; the instructions were not clear and so the wrong (single-sided) prints were sent. Despite me highlighting this, there was no offer of re-printing. Really disappointing; might be a good idea to make the upload instructions simpler.

Hi Martina, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry that the documents were not as expected. However as advised via email on 15th May, we cannot print a 1 page file as a double sided sheet. The document was printed single sided in line with the Document Preview shown during the configuration stage prior to checkout. As the order was printed as ordered (and as shown in the preview), we cannot provide a free reprint. For the benefit of our customers, the following is also stated on our FAQ page: "Can I print a 1 page file on both sides of the sheet (double sided)? We cannot accept 1 page files for double sided printing. To achieve this result, please duplicate your artwork and upload a 2 page file." We do also recommend that customers check the document preview thoroughly prior to ordering. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

Good print quality and prompt service was offset by the fact that card cover, as ordered, was not supplied.

The plain grey pages were stripy. I have sent a complaint, and they say they will give me a refund. So that is good.

The books that arrived were not of acceptable quality: the covers were faulty. However, Doxzoo have offered to reprint my order free of charge, and I haven’t had to send the faulty books back. I also had a few issues with the files that I sent as well: it wasn’t obvious from the website that fonts needed to be embedded in the pdf that I created. Lucy in Sales was very helpful when I rang up.

I ordered 30 and got 13 the book launch at Blake Museum for my book had to be changed from 3rd April to 7th because of this.

Ridiculous parcel/postage charges: a 300 page document requires at most £2.40 in postage and the envelope it went in only 20p more. So charging people over £8 for this service is truly unacceptable. these

I have used your service before and have been delighted with the quality of your service. I therefore decided to use your company again as I thought the service was highly professional and of a very high standard. I decided to get my final year essay printed with you however when I received it in the post the white cover has a large fingerprint on the front as well as there being a few small grease stains on the first page. As this was for my final year university assignment I was hugely disappointed as I have had to put a large amount of time and effort into producing the essay. On my course we have to produce a further essay after easter and have been recommended to use your service however sadly after this I feel that I will have to recommend to my course mates and myself to look elsewhere to get out products printed.

The printing itself was satisfactory. However, despite phone calls made to Doxzoo, in an attempt to ensure I was doing the online ordering correctly (so I could have a next day delivery and pick up my document from Prontaprint in London), I ended up with a day's delay and added costs. My advice if doing this for the first time, is make sure the online form is done with close attention to detail. When I phoned to find out why my order was delayed, I found little sympathy. For a first time customer, I felt poorly treated.

Hi Nigel, Thank you for your feedback. From looking at the order details received, the delivery method of "Royal Mail 1st Class delivery" was selected rather than the option of "collection ". This information would have been noticeable on the delivery page with an estimated delivery date, as well as being on your order confirmation email. Unfortunately when you called it was too late to make any amendments to the order as it had already been despatched via Royal Mail and was due to be delivered that day. I didn’t get what I ordered. I spent hours designing and preparing my document, I selected soft touch lamination for the cover, and received gloss, so just be prepared to get whatever the technicians decide to send you.

It clipped some important information from near the edges of the document. There is no way of adjusting this on your website and I am not able to modify the document so I have had to have it printed again by a different provider.

I have previously been very happy with the service and the products that I have ordered through Doxzoo.com. However, my most recent order for a paperback diary has not lived up to my expectations at all. As soon as I turned the first couple of pages the sheets came away from the binding and I have had to sellotape the first 100 pages back in already. I am very disappointed as I have placed the same order for a new diary for the last couple of years and not had this problem before.

Hi Ellie, Thanks for your feedback and recent orders. Once again, we are sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver on the estimated delivery date. However as advised on the latest email from us (dated 11th Dec), we are unable to provide a refund as we delivered the product as requested. We take every step to communicate that Royal Mail is an estimated delivery service and always recommend courier for urgent deadlines. This is highlighted throughout the order process (for example, within the big red 'Urgent deadline to meet?' box on the delivery page), plus on your Order Confirmation email etc. You were also told via email separately after ordering that delivery was estimated only.
