Very disappointed with initial booklet and business cards, after complaining I received a refund and re-ordered - replacement booklets came out better and more consistent, business cards were still atrociously trimmed. Do NOT order business cards.

My latest order was printed incorrectly and the print quality was very poor. When I contacted Doxzoo's Live Chat, the person at the other end of the ChatBox was not very friendly and helpful initially, but finally confirmed that they would re-print and send out my order to me in the correct version. I received this the next day and the print quality was much better. However, I do feel that the staff member on the Live Chat system could have been more polite and does need some customer service training.

As stated in our terms and conditions and relevant refund related help articles, when an issue is reported we do request photo evidence for our records. Branch that did the printing did a terrible job, three times! But Doxzoo sorted it and sent direct!

As I have said in to previous reviews, I was unable to sign on as a new customer and not able to cliam the 10% welocme discount on over £500 of printing which made me feel that I don't matter to you as a supplier

Hi Jenny, Thanks for your recent orders. Our customers matter to us, which is why we reward new registered users with 10% discount on their first 2 orders. It is unfortunate that you did not add the promo code at the time of ordering though, as stated on the site, codes cannot be added to existing orders. Our registration page states: "Plus, after registration you will be emailed a 10% discount code to use on your first two orders. Please note that the discount code cannot be applied to existing orders." This is also mentioned within our Help Center. You may have missed out on the discount this time, however the code is valid for 2 orders per account, so you can use it on your next 2 orders. Printed duplicates for no reason, not bound. There needs to be clear information that what you're getting is just printed papers when ordering a booklet.

I would like to rate this higher as the site was easy to use and the costs very reasonable, but I was unhappy with the paper stock when the prints arrive as the paper was very thin, and when I queried this, I did not receive satisfactory assistance from the sales team. I felt my issue could have been resolved very quickly and easily, as I simply asked them to check what paper stock had been used on my prints and for a recommendation of what stock I should use on a reprint. My prints were needed urgently but there was not a sense of urgency from the sales team. Any other company would have ordered a reprint of the order and dealt with it straight away, but sadly my query dragged on and it took a full working day to get the issue resolved.

We received a message from you this morning and after requesting a photo of the document we offered a reprint of the affected item. This took less than 3 short messages from us and 1hr to resolve. We did also provide a complementary delivery upgrade for you (pre 10:30am courier). Due to automated processing, we are unable to amend the reprint spec, which is why we advised you to place a new order in this instance. Despite this, we were still happy to proceed with the original reprint until you advised us otherwise. However in light of your most recent correspondence we will process a refund as requested. I just ordered two booklets as a test against competitors to see which came out nicest in anticipation of a bigger order. With Doxzoo there were too few choices I was able to make, which resulted in a glossy cover that didn't look great, and optic white inner paper which came across cheap. The colours came through well though. The booklets were also cut very shoddily, and both had rough torn edges at the top end of the book. Did not place bigger order with them based on these two books.

Half of the order arrived as expected. The other half did not arrive as the proof had depicted it would. I have managed to make it work as I needed the products in a hurry but I am disappointed that I have paid full price for a product that is not good.

Hi - I was expecting the posters to arrive on Saturday 27th October, which is what I'd ticked for delivery option. It's 30th October now, and they still haven't arrived. I can't comment ion the quality of copy as I haven't received them yet, but I'm disappointed that the order hasn't arrived when you said it would.

We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have yet to deliver, however as stated on the site and order confirmation/dispatch emails, unfortunately Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated only and delays may occur. If you have a deadline to meet, we recommend our courier delivery option instead. If there is no sign of the package after 5 delivery days, please check with your neighbours and local Royal Mail sorting office. If they cannot locate it, please contact us via Live Chat. It is not clear from order form that you have to choose front an back cover. U was qute disappointed when document came without it.

Hi Pavle, Thanks for your review and recent order. We are sorry to hear you were confused by the cover configuration process for our Comb Binding product. The front cover and back cover are selectable using the 'Front Cover' and 'Back Cover' fields on the configuration & preview page. Section '4. Cover' must be passed through before you can add the product to your basket. At this point, the default states 'Front Cover: none: and 'Back Cover: none'. You can then click the blue 'Configure cover' button to set-up your cover. The Comb Binding product page does also describe the process under 'how should artwork be set-up?'. Furthermore, we have an extensive Help section and Live Chat facility where we are happy to answer any questions. Lastly, 'Front cover: none' and 'Back cover: none' are both stated on your order confirmation email. Please check this immediately upon ordering in future. We do also recommend registering for a free Doxzoo account, as this will give you the option to edit an order directly after ordering (within the first 15 mins for same day orders and within 60 mins for all other orders). Hi, unfortunately the book's binding has come loose at the spine and the format has changed since I uploaded it to your website so that now the chapter beginnings have been scrambled and do not all begin on a new page. Is there anyway you could fix this please?

I have ordered from DoxZoo for years. Not sure what is going on here. I was told that my documents were sent by 1st class, Royal Mail. However, it's going on 2 weeks and I have not received my replacement order due to incorrect paperweight and or a new brand of paper [inconsistent with previous orders].

The order did not arrive on time, despite giving it a few days to reach the destination. Usually very good at printing and dispatching on time.

I’ve had many books printed by Doxzoo over the last few years but this one was of a much poorer quality than the previous books that I would rate highly. Such a shame.

Some of the prints were damaged due to bad packaging. Having several A3 sheets placed under a thick collection of A4 prints is going to be problematic when in transit. Why not split the A4 prints and possibly place some card between the two layers?
