The order did not print on the 140 gsm paper I asked for when I placed the order and it is a smooth survace paper - not the "matt" feel I was expecting.

Hi Linda, Thanks for sharing your feedback and we are sorry to hear that the printing did not match your expectations. As advised via email, the order received was for 90gsm stock and this is stated on your Order Confirmation email. 140gsm is not an option for any of our paper stocks. We also received no call or email requesting a change of gsm. For future orders, we recommend contacting us to double check your specifications. Well, I have ordered a booklet and poster on friday with the same day production with the expectation to have it for collection the same day. What it turned out, it was Sent to Wimpole Street with pick up after 4PM on monday. I was very dissapointed, as I knew that usually items produced on the same day of production were ale ti be picked up the same day. It was needed for my uni submission for 9:30 monday, so At 4 it's no longer needed so the money were wasted.

Hi Kora, Thanks for sharing feedback. The order was for same day production on Friday and it was available for collection from 4pm that same day. However due to a technical error a Despatch Confirmation email was sent to you instead of the usual Collection Notification email. Black & grey printing was speckled with white in places. Mostly on the grey areas. There were some smudges on a few pages as though the printer was dirty. The gloss laminate on one of the notebooks was wrinkled. The middle of 3 tabs on both notebooks were cut off centre, so the tabs were not evenly spread and the label was therefore not centred.

Files were printed out of order and production instruction to start each file on a right had page not followed, I've had to throw the lot away and do it myself,

I had 2 errors in one week. 1) Order # DZ008345: package got delivered to the wrong address. I received package the following day. 2) Order # DZ008498: package arrived on time, but not the requested quantity. I asked for 3 sets, I received only one. Itoro Udofia

Hi Andrew, Thank you for sharing feedback. This may be due to the dimensions of the file. Your file is 135mm x 240mm however your requested print size (A5) is 148mm x 210mm. When the printed documents arrived the cardboard envelope was already bent in spite of the notice on the front of it. Since it contained CV's I didn't find this at an acceptable standard.

- Forced to select first class delivery, which generates further costs - Was given a delivery date which was incorrect. - Attached different PDF files so that each new document starts on a new page. But received all the documents printed out recto verso. So first page of new document is at the back of another document (which as nothing to do with it). Had to make a photocopy so that the right documents could finally be grouped together in different files.

Royal Mail 1st Class is our cheapest delivery option and delivery dates are not guaranteed as local postal delays etc. do occur. This is communicated on the delivery page, order summary page and on your Order Confirmation and Despatch Confirmation emails. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend our courier option. When multiple files are merged together into a combined document, the double sided selection applies to the entire document. This is stated at the point of merging the files. On the same page, we also state "If printing double sided and you want each file to start on a right hand facing page, please specify this in 'Production Instructions' on the Basket page." The Flash based web interface is very slow. It froze completely on my own computer (Windows 8, dual core CPU, 2GB RAM) so I had to borrow a much faster computer from a friend to complete the order.

2 days later than expected. A problem with the courier. And the quality on the edges is not good. Creased and worn - not a pristine finish. Too late as I need for an event on Monday so I will have to use it - but if I us more time I'd probably send it back.

It started of great, it was delivered on time and as i opened it it felt nice and the images of the first few pages were not pixelated (although some text did not come out clear) but then almost halfway through the pages started getting off centre. The images and text were all lower down the page with a massive margin up top. I took photos of this because I had to send the portfolio off regardless. the product was good but that really ruined it for me. I will send the photos of some of the bad pages over.

1st print had some pages incorrectly printed twice and was unhappy with the fact I could only choose 100gsm in the order process so quality was low. Was kindly reprinted and quality was better, however, after handing in final major project at uni to be shown in degree show, many pages began falling out. Very disappointing. However, customer service from Hannah was prompt and helpful.

Some pages had Printing errors that affected writings inside this destroyed my fina piece.

Had to request a document to be re done twice as the printing was incomplete. Despite confirming that the pdf file I had sent was not corrupt, the second time it was printed the same problem had occured. The second attempt had clearly not been checked before sending. Not immpressed.

Im sure service is great for larger businesses - not so good for personal use when 1 x 7p document takes over a week to arrive and costs over £2 to ship.

Though the service was quick and the staff very helpful the quality of the printing wasn't great, and as that was the main thing here I've had to mark accordingly. I had a prototype of my newest card game printed up and the quality of the pictures upon the cards were no better than I could have achieved on my home printer, they were not as sharp and clear as I had hoped. But worst of all the writing on a lot of cards had pixelated quite badly, even though the font was the same throughout the cards upon the right hand side of the page had suffered. Sorry Doxzoo.

My order was printed wrong it was assumed that a landscape document a4 would be bound on the short edge however most a4 folders would require it bound at the top on the long edge or it would be printed this way so you could put it in a clear wallet. They said they would reprint my order for delivery Saturday. I wasn't called until 4pm Fri (querying the order) despite a conversation on Thursday with someone who said they knew what I wanted and they would sort it out. Consequently I still don't have my order and a document that doesn't read well.
