Still don't have my order !! Paid for next day tone delivered by Friday at 5.30 and it is not going to arrive before Tuesday lunchtime! Hours on the phone to UPS to no avail. Left in the lurch scrabbling around for a weekend printer. Nightmare.

I have managed to track your order via the UPS tracker and note that there was an issue with the delivery address and this is why there is a delay in delivery. We suggest tracking your order with the tracking number provided on your despatch email for further information. Once on the UPS tracking page you can click “notify me with updates”. Delivery havent arrived yet. It has already three days later than expected, and I tried to contact but no response is given.

Hi Danyi, Thanks for your recent Doxzoo order. Apologies for the delayed response, we were closed over the Easter Weekend. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have not delivered your package yet. It despatched on Tuesday 11th April as advised on your despatch email. However please note that Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. This is stated on the delivery page, order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails. For an urgent order, we recommend courier delivery. It's also worth noting that Royal Mail do not deliver on public holidays (Good Friday and Easter Monday), which may have further delayed their service. If it does not arrive in the next day or so, please check with your neighbours and your local Royal Mail delivery office. If they are unable to locate it, let us know at sales@doxzoo.com. I wasn't informed that, due to a problem with printing, my order would be delivered a day late. I wasn't told the situation and had an incredibly stressful time rushing to get the order from the delivery depot so I had it on time. A lack of communication and my complaints seemed swept under the carpet. Would not use again.

Hi Elly, Thanks for your feedback. After contacting you to advise that the yellow text was not visible on red card, we produced several new test versions at your request. Ensuring that the text was visible on the final copy. Due to these test prints, the delivery missed the courier collection time and was delivered 1 working day later than originally advised. It's unfortunate to read your complaint given our efforts to accommodate your request. However we appreciate that we could have managed your expectations better by letting you know about the 1 day delivery day. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. I needed tickets printing off for a few events I was going to while on holiday. Using doxzoo was my last resort as I had exhausted all other options. I placed my order on the Thursday & paid extra to have my papers printed & sent next day. My order was marked as sent on the Friday but didn't arrive until at least 5 days later, after I'd already departed. On my return I was greeted by a letter of doxzoo. Great, just too damn late. I thought that would be it & maybe that I should just blame the postal service but no. The next day I received another letter off of doxzoo with a label on the front that stated the wrong postage had been paid so the letter would be treated as 2nd class. What a disgrace! Not only did they not correctly post my letter but when they found out about it they still did not inform me, they just sent a replacement which is less than useless. If you need to receive some documents on a time sensitive basis NEVER EVER use doxzoo. You've been warned.

Unfortunately with Royal Mail 1st Class, the delivery date is not guaranteed and packages are not trackable. This is stated on the delivery page, order confirmation email and despatch email. On the site we also recommend that courier delivery is chosen for urgent orders. Regarding the postage paid, please email us a photo of the package and letter to sales@doxzoo.com. Incorrect paper size used. Asked for US Letter size but received A4. Documents went straight into the shredder.

Hi Lucy, Thank you for sharing feedback. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated and subject to local postal delays. They are also non-trackable. This information is stated on the website prior to ordering, as well as on the despatch confirmation email. We also advised you of this on the phone earlier today. Whilst Royal Mail state that 93% of items arrive the next working day, there is no guaranteed delivery date. This is why we recommend our guaranteed courier delivery service for urgent orders. Hi, if i'm perfectly honest, awful. The photocopying came out upside down, all the songs on the wrong sheets and I had to re-do it. Sorry Doxzoo, i won't be using your services again....as i was relying on you for a work project!

Very disappointed. Print quality was terrible with pictures very pixelated. Supposed to be print to edge but pages had gap at top and bottom. Formatted pages to have margin for binding but this didn't happen. Made for a present and spent lots of time editing collages so really unhappy at how they arrived.

I phoned the company twice to enquire about their Saturday delivery service and was told that this would be a better option than ordering to collect at the London collection point. So i placed the order on Thursday evening. i phoned on Friday morning to check the progress of the order and they said they were already printed which was good news so i enquired about getting them sent a day earlier but was told this would cost £70 and no refund on the Saturday delivery option, So i kept the Saturday delivery which was guaranteed by 12pm, It got to 11:30am and still no sign of the package! So i phoned the company but they are closed on a Saturday so there is no one you can speak to, to help with Saturday deliveries. I was also not sent a tracking number which surely you would think would be something you would send out if you are closed on a Saturday but offer a Saturday delivery option. so i phoned UPS who couldn't locate the parcel. Disaster as i need the documents printed for Sunday. Luckily i found a place in Soho that could do the printing for me. Doxzoo can't be beaten on price from looking around but if you urgently need important documents delivered for a quick turn around i would avoid using as it caused a lot of unnecessary stress and they don't use their own delivery service. Even more annoying is that UPs delivered on Monday whilst i was out so i now have six boxes of paper i don't need sitting in my flat. i will add that i did receive a full refund but still does;t really make up for having to sit in my office all weekend trying to rectify their mistakes! Will not be using again!!

As explained previously via email, your order was despatched on time and all set for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately the boxes were wrongly sorted by the courier and the delivery delay occurred. Despite being closed at weekends, sensing the urgency, we did respond to you as soon as possible on Saturday and offered some alternatives. Regarding tracking - UPS tracking IDs are available on request, however we understand that this is important to customers and we are working on a way to share this information automatically in the near future. The software was a nightmare to use. No document management features and no way to delete files that had been uploaded so I ended up with duplicates and couldn't work out what was what. It messed up the formatting of loads of my files causing them to spill over multiple pages. When I actually got the delivery, loads of the document quantities were wrong. Total waste of time and money.

The product was very good, however we paid more to ensure the product would be with us by 12:00 the day before we required it, and yet a delay occurred. The item was then re-printed and sent out for a 9AM delivery, whereby we had to chase the parcel again and the courier had signed for the parcel at 8:58 before arrival. The parcel eventually arrived at 09:10.

Hello Kim Thank you for your order and sorry it hasn't arrived yet. I am afraid Royal Mail do not guarantee a delivery time and we have no way of tracking it. If an order is urgent we suggest customers use either our optional courier service or signed delivery. If your order does not arrive in the next 2-3 days we would of course be happy to reprint for you.

Very poor service. I did not receive my documents within the advised time period and I was told to wait longer and then ring back if they still hadn't arrived. For a company who deals with business documents I would expect the timescales to be correct so the most suitable delivery method can be selected. I was advised 1-2 working days for delivery and I still haven't received them 5 working days later. Would NOT recommend this service.

When you contacted us last thing on Friday we confirmed that we will reprint your order first thing for you today (Monday), so the reprint is estimated to arrive tomorrow. Whilst the majority of Royal Mail deliveries arrive within a day or 2, unfortunately sometimes delays do happen. In future we recommend our courier delivery option, which is guaranteed and trackable.
