I ordered some prints to be printed on 280gsm card however it definitely isn't 280gsm card... it's a lot thinner. My best friend ordered from here and on exactly the same type of card and hers were noticeable thicker, not impressed at all.

My order hasnt arrived and i was told "its probably lost in the post" not great service! Cant even track your order.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your review. As we stated via email to you last week, unfortunately Royal Mail does not offer any tracking facility for their 1st Class post, so we are unable to locate your package. Typically, if a Royal Mail order is not delivered within 2 to 3 days we presume it is lost and are happy to reprint it for free. If you require additional tracking, we recommend our courier delivery option for added peace of mind. As confirmed on Friday, we have reprinted and despatched your order. Best wishes, The Doxzoo Team

The online ordering process was good. BUT when I received my printed dissertation which I have spent many months and spent countless hours working on, I wasn't impressed with the printing standards. The front cover outside and inside had a fairly thick faded but visible black line going halfway across the cover page towards the bottom. It may have been an error with the printer but should have been picked up on visually as these are not the standards I paid for.

Half the pages were inserted the wrong way round. Page sequence went from 1 to 26 then 75 to 27 then 76 to the end of the doc. Had to remove all the pages from the binding and find a folder to store them. Absolute rubbish service. I would have done better printing the pages myself but I did not want to use a lot of ink in my printer.

Tried to order some products. Double checked all the order criteria to try and get it next day. Confirmation came back with different dates to what I wanted. Ordered from this lot a few times now and over 2/3 of the orders have had some problem or other that required a phone call or a email. Product quality is to spec but there is always an obstacle when you want to get it next day. Worst part of it is customer service won't do anything... other than use "web logs" to try and blame the customer who is trying desperately to navigate menus where you have to select the same thing on multiple pages to try and get what you want. Good product, bad reliability and militant customer service.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review. As mentioned via email this morning, we have looked into your order and can see that it was placed for next day production. We are sorry if this option was mistakenly selected on our site, or if a technical issue occurred. Our development team will look into it. If 'same day production' is selected and the order is placed before 12 noon, we can despatch it the same day. The only exceptions to this rule are hardback/paperback books (which take an additional day) and large orders. We pride ourselves on fast, efficient and helpful customer service and we are proud of our many 5 star reviews. We are sorry that you do not feel satisfied on this occasion. Hi Catherine, We are sorry that your item is yet to arrive. It was despatched on 20th August (via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery), so we are surprised to hear that it has not been delivered. Due to the size of the package, we would expect a red delivery slip to have been left by Royal Mail if you were out.
