I had my order confirmed for delivery on 11th September (for my event on 17th) & it did not arrive so I got on to live chat with their team - to only get told that 1st class delivery can't be predicted and they can't help. Shame because I paid for something well in advance for an event, today and I don't have the materials. Do not rely on them for your business marketing needs, I will never use them again.

Hi Bhumika, Thanks for your review and recent order. As advised on the phone this morning and via Live Chat last week, we do advise that all Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated and non-trackable. The estimated nature of this service is echoed throughout the checkout process and on your dispatch email. We do also recommend courier delivery is chosen for urgent orders with deadlines. ---- Your order dispatch email reads: "Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. Please allow 1 week (5 delivery days) for delivery before contacting us." ---- We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have failed to deliver in a timely fashion on this occasion. We will refund the order in full following your call and message today. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the Royal Mail delay. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

Disappointed, my order was printed short, and I only received 25% of what I ordered. Doxzoo would not reprint because I didn't notify them within 10 days. Poor customer services - Avoid!

Hi Graham, Thank you for your review and recent order. As advised on the phone this morning, our refund policy does state that we must be notified of issues within 10 days of receipt of the order. We also request photo evidence to help with our investigations and in some instances, that the goods are returned to us. As we were notified of the issue 1 month after the order was delivered, no photos were provided and the documents have been used, we are unable to reprint or refund as required. However as a gesture of goodwill, we did provide a discount code for use on a future order. For reference, our Help section does also state the following: "We recommend that all customers compare their documents with the order specification as soon as they are received. Please inspect the quality and count the quantity of documents to ensure it is as expected." Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

The service was affordable and easy to use. Only one star because my order was printed incorrectly and in black and white (rather than colour). The postal options were also expensive and slow.

Regarding delivery, we are pleased to offer free UK courier delivery for orders over £25. As well as providing a range of premium timed options. Disappointed, I have waited over one week for delivery of key documents, delivery date arrived and no sign, contacted help desk who apologised and said there was a mix up however they will send next day delivery FOC, next day came and no sign, now 3 days since and I am on holiday with risk delivery happens this week and documents are left at door step till I return

The package was collected by DPD on Friday 24th August and they are reporting the current status as 'your parcel has arrived at our depot'. Hopefully this means it will be delivered today. Terrible service. They dispatch your order late in the day so Royal Mail take 2 days to deliver it even though you pay for next day delivery. If it was dispatched earlier in the day then I would have received it the following day, but they blame it on Royal Mail. This has happened on 2 occasions for me. Pay for next working day production which is fine but doesn't mean anything as you still get the order late because of that. Documents printed incorrectly on my first order - made a complaint - told them to re do my order correctly - they sent this out wrong too. This caused delays with my business. Generally terrible service and they don't accept responsibility either.

Hi Sonia, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you rate our service as terrible, especially in light of our on-time despatch and same day reprint. As advised via email last week, your order was despatched on the correct day (order was placed on Monday 4th June and the order was despatched the next day, Tuesday 5th June). This is in line with the next day production selection made during checkout. Regarding delivery, unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is estimated only. The estimated nature of this service is stated throughout the website, during checkout and on your confirmation and despatch emails. We do also recommend that urgent orders are sent via courier and Royal Mail is not used. This is highlighted by a large red box on the delivery page during checkout. Lastly, we are sorry that the first print had an error. As soon as we were notified of the issue (8th June), we reprinted the affected items and despatched them to you that same day. My magazine came and it was ruined already. The edges were battered and I was unable to use it for university deadline and had to spend a lot of money to get one delivered by an express service with another company. Very disappointed.

Several times orders been fine but several times had printing errors and this latest batch was not packaged in a stiff enough envelop so one corner was bent on all prints which made them not useable

I choose first class delivery, 4 days later I still haven't received it. What's point in paying extra? Not gonna bother using them again, customer service sucks!

I ordered 1st class delivery and it's been more than half a week and I have not received my order. Customer service is asking me to leave it a week before they do anything and that I cannot expect 1st class delivery times despite PAYING for 1st class deliver. This is by far the poorest service I have ever used. If this is not resolved I will be contacting my bank to withdraw the money and raising it with distance selling regulations. Absolutely terrible service.

Payed for a next day delivery and four days later I still haven't received my delivery. This was an incredibly important document and the late delivery of my product has and will have terrible consequences for me.

Everything was printed slightly larger than asked for and therefore was unusable. Something was also printed without its crop marks and therefore couldn’t be cut down.

As a first time customer, really bad customer service, got my print job wrong, no effort made to rectify the mistake. Will NOT be using them again nor recommending them primarily due to appalling customer care & refusal to take responsibility for a bad job done.

Hi Marcia, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry that the order was not as expected. By default, combined files are printed as one continuous document. If you wish for each file to be treated as 1 with regards to double sided printing, we provide the option to 'start each file on a new page'. This can be selected on the basket page under 'Production Instructions' during checkout. As the 'start each file on a new page' option was not chosen during checkout and we were not notified directly via email or phone after ordering, we were not aware of your intention to keep each file separate. The combined document was therefore printed in line with the configured specification, as originally ordered. The Document Previewer did also provide a visual representation of how your document will be printed, so we do advise checking this thoroughly prior to ordering. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

Very disappointed. I previously ordered from you with no issues however this order is of a very poor standard. The books were delivered promptly and I have subsequently sent 7 of them to friends and kept one for myself and my wife with one given to my parents. The feedback that I have received is that the books are all falling apart. Almost all of them are now missing multiple pages and are no longer the keepsake that they were intended to be. It's very disappointing.
