The print on the front cover of my booklets was terrible. Likes all the way down the front. Very unprofessional, could have done better myself.

One star for this poor experiences, I ordered A3 booklet and came out with white blank pages and all the pages do not match, after talking with customer service online, they even wanted to blame me and said because Doxzoo is an online self-print service, Cause I seriously need it for a meeting and they offer a reprint and promised it will arrive on time but failed, after I got it and found that they print it in A4. I don't why at that time I chose this company

Hi Ming, Thank you for your feedback and recent order. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the experience. The reprint was upgraded to a pre-12 noon delivery free of charge, however unfortunately DPD were unable to deliver on time. Due to the DPD delivery delay and incorrect paper size, we have processed a full refund. This was confirmed via email yesterday (Thu 4th Jan). I did not receive my order on time for an important deadline. I contacted you via phone and the lady I spoke to was very rude and didn't seem to be interested in helping me.

However as stated on the website, Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are estimated and non-trackable. For urgent orders, we do recommend courier delivery. You would have been advised of the estimated nature of Royal Mail deliveries when you called. We are sorry you were not happy with the information given. Paid for express delivery, never came. Annoying as was for university module. Have to get another printed on the day

Your chosen delivery method was Royal Mail 1st Class, which is a low-cost, estimated and non-trackable option. This is communicated during the checkout process. For urgent orders, we do recommend courier delivery. This is highlighted in a big red box on our delivery page. As stated on the website and despatch email, Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. Quality of printing is appalling. Images and some text boxes appear to have a faint box around them. Some pages have a thin white line. I expected so much more from a professional printing company. The quality was better when I printed them on my work printer!

Though the website stated that I could expect my delivery in 1-2 working days it took nearly 6 and I consequently ended up not being able to use the product I bought. When asking for partial or full refund they referred to their Royal Mail blame 'disclaimer' and I was left with nothing.

As explained via email, all Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated. The estimated nature of the Royal Mail delivery date is stated in several places on the website and throughout the order process. We have made this messaging as clear as possible to ensure customers make an informed decision about their delivery method. 1) On the delivery page during checkout - a large red message box states the following: Urgent deadline to meet? If you have an urgent deadline to meet, please choose a courier delivery option. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is not recommended for urgent orders. Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays. 2) On the order summary page (prior to payment) 3) On the order confirmation email (after the order is placed) 4) On the despatch confirmation email (after the order was despatched) 5) On the FAQ page Royal Mail themselves do state that 93% of 1st Class items arrive the next delivery day, however some items take longer and are subject to local postal delays. Additionally, Royal Mail do not consider an item missing until 10 days have passed. As the goods have arrived as described and within an acceptable time frame for this delivery method, we are unable to provide a refund. On future orders, we recommend choosing courier delivery, as it provides a guaranteed delivery date, one hour delivery slot and full tracking throughout the process. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

Further to this, given the urgency we did offer to make special arrangements to print and deliver new copies to you on Friday with same day delivery. However no response was received. The delivery did not come on time and when it did arrive it was printed incorrectly (pages not in order)

Hi Louise, Thank you for your review. As advised last week: ------ We are sorry that you did not receive your package on time. According to the delivery status (accessible using the UPS tracking link on your despatch email), delivery was attempted by UPS at 16:20 on Thu 15th June. However the driver reported that no one was available to accept the package. Instead, they took the package to a nearby UPS Access Point for collection. They should have left a calling card with details. Apologies if this was missed by the driver. If you'd like to file a complaint with UPS directly, please contact them on custsvcgben@ups.com or 03457 877 877 stating your tracking ID. As advised via email this morning, the package is available for collection from the UPS Access Point. Please note that photo ID and proof of address may be required. ------ Regarding the incorrect page order, apologies for this. It is unfortunate that you did not contact us sooner as we would have happily provided a free print or a full refund last week. Going forward, please email a photo of the issue to sales@doxzoo.com so we can investigate and provide a refund as necessary. Best wishes, The Doxzoo Team

Absolutely awful. Both covers were awfully pixelated some how, text completely misaligned. Don't even get me started on the quality. Curled over horrifically when arrived and just keep getting worse. Avoid this company.

Tried using Doxzoo twice now, both times there have been mistakes. In the latest order, the larger prints arrived damaged, the poster I ordered was missing and some of the prints had the edges cut off, despite the online preview not showing this. I do not recommend this company.

To ensure the trimming is as accurate as possible, we recommend including bleed and crop marks within your file. Unfortunately my experience with this company was not great. I uploaded 4 x A4 word document for a A3 folded print, turned up late with 2 sheets of A3 folded in the middle. Customer service I would describe as brutal, lady was adamant that the the print was to specification as advised by her colleague. May be I was not clear enough, but if you expect your print place to have some common sense, then look somewhere else. I still dont understand how 4 X A4 sheets can be printed on 4 X A3 sides and are justified as correct!!

Hi Kishore, Thank you for sharing feedback. We are sorry that the document did not meet your expectations. However as advised by phone this morning, the document was printed in line with your original specification (4 pages, A3, double sided, half fold) and as displayed within the Document Previewer prior to ordering. To print the pages as a 4-page A4 folded booklet, 2 x A3 double page spreads should be uploaded instead of 4 x A4 single pages. In future, you are welcome to contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm that your specification is in line with the desired end result. Regarding delivery, apologies once more for the delay. The order was completely wrong - the booklet that arrived was printed with all pages not in the correct order so the booklet was useless.

Despite proofing the document prioir to finalsiing the order (as I had two files to be combined in to the print job I needed), the product I was sent only included one of the documents. Very disappointing
