My order was printed wrong it was assumed that a landscape document a4 would be bound on the short edge however most a4 folders would require it bound at the top on the long edge or it would be printed this way so you could put it in a clear wallet. They said they would reprint my order for delivery Saturday. I wasn't called until 4pm Fri (querying the order) despite a conversation on Thursday with someone who said they knew what I wanted and they would sort it out. Consequently I still don't have my order and a document that doesn't read well.

Following the phone call on Friday afternoon, your free reprint was despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. The first order was sent incorrectly (the text on all the documents wasn't printed). The replacement order was also incorrect with documents missing and some printed with the wrong text. When I spoke to someone after the first error, I was happy to be offered an immediate reprint and next day delivery. However it was very disappointing to have significant errors in the replacement order as well.

I received my order very fast but the quality of the black print was unfortunately poor, it has horizontal lines, not smooth. A bit disappointed.

Unfortunately my poster arrived with creases along one edge that was caused by bubble wrap being packed into one end of the tube too tightly. I have requested a replacement and if I get good customer service and end up with a poster in good condition then I will revise my review upwards. Other aspects of my order were good - good quality print and paper and fast delivery.

I ordered four 100 page booklets. They were printed and despatched quickly, however, upon delivery I found that the edges had been trimmed less than neatly and the pages had been stapled together in the wrong order. The price is not too bad but to receive the goods in this condition renders them less than useful.
