- Forced to select first class delivery, which generates further costs
- Was given a delivery date which was incorrect.
- Attached different PDF files so that each new document starts on a new page. But received all the documents printed out recto verso. So first page of new document is at the back of another document (which as nothing to do with it). Had to make a photocopy so that the right documents could finally be grouped together in different files.
