Product was good quality and delivered in the timescale agreed. However, the website functionality is complex, I tried several times to find how to add a spine colour and wording to a paperback binding. I carried on with the order anyway in the knowledge that I'd call first thing in the morning to discuss the order and clarify what I wanted. No answer from the office number so left a message asking for them to get back to me, they didn't. I called the next day and they explained the website is in the process of being changed and my order had already been printed.
