“Overall ok was not impressed with having to stand in the rain waiting to pick up the vehicle for a good 40 minutes I appreciate Covid restrictions and all that but very slow service and no place to keep out the rain”

“The van had an issue with side door catching. The van engaged central locking when door was shut with keys left inside. We had to get AA out to get access to van. We had a long wait for the AA and we’re not able to load via the side door meaning we could not take the full load that we wanted. Member of staff was more concerned about not being able to rent van out again while the issue was fixed and gave impression it was just our bad luck. Sent email to complain and ask for compensation. Never had a reply.”

“Fantastic service and good value although the new £200 deposit almost made it impossible for me to actually hire the car. It was literally all the money I had to my name on that particular day.”

“I would have clicked excellent but the new insurance arrangements where someone over 75 cannot get insurance is unacceptable particularly in an area of the UK where I imagine there are many. very active people of this age, including those freelancers like my husband who are still directing films and working 7 days a week. There are other car hire companies who have managed not to be dictated to by insurance companies idiocy and I suggest you look into this if you are not to lose masses of business. Hertz to it through Saga and there are others….it’s not impossible. With thanks Tina Golden”
