“Van was fairly new and nice and clean Easy to book and hire Would have liked to have been offered comprehensive insurance at point of booking rather than being doorstepped with it when I picked up the van. I didn’t take it but wish I had”

“Easy to book online, vehicles always clean and good quality. Only issue I've had was you select a pick up time but I had to wait over an hour to pick my vehicle up last time as there's only one person signing out vehicles (no warning on website)”

“Process was good, only downside was when I rented the van it only had a fuel range of 1 (one) mile!!”

“When I arrived, the vehicle I ordered was not available. Naturally, I was a little miffed but the guys went out of their way to rectify the error which was caused by a stray email. They offered me a better vehicle and threw-in half-a-tank of fuel. I have used the Bridport DVR site many times and have always found the team helpful and efficient and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It was a great example of how to turn a potential complaining customer into someone who would recommend them.”

“I hired a medium size van from DVR and it was well priced, the staff were happy and very easy to deal with. I will defiantly be using them again and recommending them. Thank you all at DVR Simon”
