“Excellent service, hired 7.5 tonne lorry but during moving day realised it wasn't all going to fit so rang Dorset Vehicle Rentals to see if could hire a second lorry & they immediately made one available and picked it up 30 minutes later! Saved the day. Also deposit refunded within couple of days. Highly recommend.”

“Positives; Have hired 2 vans recently. Process of booking/collecting/returning was very smooth and easy. Staff pleasant and polite.Having booked online we thought it a very reasonable price. Both vans were fine to drive. Would definitely use this company again Negatives. First van had a wobbly door mirror, the second had the last customers melted chocolate mess in the door handle.”

“Very helpful at short notice. Easy procedures for hire, even with all the C-19 requirements being followed. Great that there is a 24-hr return in operation. Deposit money refunded promptly. No issues. Would highly recommend.”

“I was very satisfied with the same rental van twice within 6 months however, when I checked my account recently I see I have been overcharged. I emailed but had no reply. I would be grateful for a call or email back. Thanks Lee Enticott”
