“Vehicle was good and clean and available at short notice. Booked online and ok with total price. Surprised to be asked for another £21 to cover CDW and excess. No mention of this online.”

“Simple online booking process, giving a 10% discount. Helpful, efficient and friendly staff at the Dorchester branch. The van itself was a bit battered and I missed not having a DAB radio as I had a long journey!”

“Unable to book on-line,sytem says unable to accept your booking. Called the free-phone. Prompt and accurate help, gave me a quote (even included the on-line booking discount). Second time I have used them and same prompt service. Gladly reccomend them to my colleagues.”

“All was perfect aside from the fact the van I had was missing a wiper. Easy to miss on the check over, but still wondering where it went!!”

Apologies Mr Doyle, this is really odd! We are wondering if someone ‘borrowed’ the wiper at some point.. We did check the vehicle as soon as we were made aware with this review and both wipers were there fully intact! Apologies again!

“Picked up a transit pick up at short notice which was very good. During the day we noticed that the off side front tyre had wire hanging out on the inner edge. Vehicle should have been checked before hiring out.”

“Good value for money, person showing me around the vehicle was friendly and professional. Only reason it is not 5* is the receptionist seemed quite blunt and was not the most welcoming.”

“Good friendly service. Van was clean, although was very basic with no Aircon or reversing sensors or camera, which would have been useful as I only drive a van once in a blue moon.”

“Ordering was easy, van was clean & in good condition. The only thing I would say was a negative was the pick up on Saturday morning, although the staff was excellent , it was very busy and took 30 minutes queuing to get the vehicle. Perhaps more could be done on line prior to picking the vehicle up, so each customer didn’t take so long filling in the paperwork.”
